Pra começar, não cheguei a ver as caras nem dos anfitriões, nem da governanta, só conseguia alguma coisa por celular, e isso ainda muito tempo de espera, nunca respondiam na hora, a governanta sempre estava fora, se não fosse o zelador pra nós auxiliar, teria sido pior ainda, porque nós tínhamos pessoas de idade, e tudo se tornou mais difícil, ventilador da sala queimou, att condicionado de um quarto muito velho e barulhento, vizinhança sem respeitar os horários de descanso, piscina interditada a partir das 19 hrs, quer dizer, a noite não podia ser usada, cozinha muito precária tbm, pouca louça, 3 facas pra 8 pessoas, porque no anúncio diz que podem ficar até 9 pessoas, colchões velhos, enfim, não foi muito agradável, com certeza, não recomendo e não voltarei.

Muito bom imóvel, próximo a praia e ao centrinho de Porto de Galinhas. Não ficamos muito satisfeitos com os banheiros, pois nos chuveiros a água não escoava bem, e o chuveiro não aquecia adequadamente.

Estadia satisfatória

O imovél nos atendeu no quesito de estadia, porém não quanto a acessibilidade, por ser um flat já imaginavamos que teria escada interna, porem para chegar a entrada do flat possuía outra escada, e no anúncio não tem esta informação. No caso tínhamos duas crianças de colo usavam carrinho e um adulto que usava muletas, então muito mais trabalho para subir e descer as escadas. Outros itens nos atendeu de forma satisfátória.

Lugar perfeito pra descansar

Localização é o ponto alto, pra curtir a praia e ir ao centro. Flat e condomínio com muitas regras, mas muito organizado. Equipe de apoio disponível e responde rápido aos questionamentos e necessidades. Flat térreo é bem mais confortável, em especial para crianças e idosos, pois evita as escadas e fica pertinho da piscina. Recomendo!

Fui muito bem recepcionada e instalada nesse imóvel. Minha família amou. Fomos 7 adultos e 3 crianças. Imóvel espaçoso, tem tudo que precisamos, fui atendida de imediato quando precisei de manutenção. Os proprietários atenciosos, a Fátima zeladora muito simpática e o porteiro muito prestativo. Foi tudo muito bom. Superou a minha expectativa. Agradeço e recomendo a amigos e familiares. Foram 10 dias de estadia maravilhosa. Outro detalhe pertinho o mar... perto do centrinho... Boa localização , flat amplo e agradável!

Imóvel com boa localização, praticamente em frente ao mar e próximo ao centro. Flat muito espaçoso e agradável. A piscina é um pouco pequena para o condomínio todo e o horário de utilização da mesma deixa a desejar. Como sugestão, minha dica é a compra de cadeiras novas de praia e um guarda sol.

Bom imóvel, mas pode melhorar

O imóvel nos atendeu parcialmente, a localização é ótima e os espaços sociais bem amplos, mas os banheiros são minúsculos para um imóvel desses, a TV da suíte não estava funcionando, mesmo com um review anterior ao meu dizendo o mesmo (pensei que iriam arrumar com a reclamação da pessoa), o chuveiro do banheiro social superior não saía água, nos limitando a revezar nos outros 2. Estávamos em 4 idosos, 2 adultos e 2 bebês... a escada é estreitas demais e os ACs velhos, proporcionando muito ruído e mal cheiro. A tela de proteção de um dos quartos estava totalmente vazada, passando todo tipo de inseto. Não recomendo para idosos ou quem viaja com crianças.

Adorei a estadia no Condomínio Merepe. Apartamento aconchegante, protegido com tela para segurança de crianças, muito bem equipado (não nos faltou nada), próximo de tudo. Apenas os banheiros são pequenos, mas atende para férias. Fizemos tudo sem precisar de carro. A área externa do condomínio é muito bem cuidada, piscina sempre limpa e área de churrasqueira também. Tivemos um problema com a geladeira, mas os donos se prontificaram e conseguiram técnico para a manutenção. A governanta é muito atenciosa como os donos.
