O condominio muito bom. Café da manha bem diversificado, excelente, bebidas preços compativeis. Recepcao com problemas no sistema e apenas duas atendentes que estavam sendo o mais rapido que poderiam com os hospedes, a fila enorme e tivemos que aguardar quase 1 hora para fazer check in. Atendimento do servicos de bebidas muita luta para fazer um pagamento, desorganizacao. O apatamento tamanho ideal para 4 pessoas. Não gostei da limpeza que o apartamento estava, minha amiga refez uma limpeza enorme, nao tinha pano de chao para banheiro nem pra limpar o apartamento caso precisasse, nem papel higienico tinha e sacos de lixo tb so o que estavam nos cestos. Nos flats que ja fui sempre recebemos papel higienico lencois de cama e toalhas esse foi o primeiro que nao cedeu lencois de cama, toalhas e amenidades pro banheiro, para ter essas simples coisas, tolha e lencois tem que pagar uma taxa de 150 reais por 4 dias que passei, sem opcao de trocar. O ar condicionado, fogao, geladeira e microondas funcionando perfeito. Dessa forma acho que estas coisas deveriam ser disponibilizada para o hospede na chegada e caso precisasse pagaria. Resumindo, vc esta em viagem e de repente que passar um ou dois dias neste flat, se prepare para antes fazer compras de roupas de cama e banho, caso nao compre pagara 150 reais para ter. Nao sei se é politica de todo o resort ou do do ap que fiquei. Existe coisas tao pequenas que rende insatisfação a quem prestamos serviços, então seria bom a reflexao.
