Unique certainly describes the treatment by the host. No communication whatsoever and my communication ignored. Was never able to check in and was left with no where to stay. Still in shock at how I was treated. Do not waste your time looking at this property, stay anywhere but here!

Booked this hotel for 5 people as a base for Henley regatta.the host completely ignored me when I asked for details of how to check in. Blocked my number and left us Stranded. Total lack of basic human decency on all levels. Do yourselves a favour and avoid

訂酒店後，一直沒有人聯絡我怎樣登記入住（因為酒店無前台check-in服務)，我根據預訂收據上提供的電話號碼不停嘗試聯絡屋企，但電話根本不能接通。 我不停電郵hotel.com客服但都沒有人回覆，直至入住前一天，我嘗試在其他網站尋找屋主，最後在入住前一晚才可與屋主聯絡上。 屋主的跟進亦有問題，他通知我要到一間小店取鎖匙就可入住，但我不停追問取鎖地點時，他只是叫我等一下，遲遲都不敢給我取匙的地點，直至入住當晚8時才把地址給我。
