We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor garden apartment. Accomdation very spotless and had all we need to make our stay extremely comfortable. Really happy with the quality of bedding and towels, plus nice touch to have milk and water in fridge and small bottles of shower gel shampoo and body cream in the bathnroom. The issue we had regarding the hot water was resolved within a few hours of our call. Plus upon returning home I realse that I had left an item of sentimental value to me, after emailing and speaking with the agents the item was retrieved from the property and returned to me by post within 2 days, fantastic customer care. The location had parking and was a god base for our visit to Reading and Henley. Would definitely recommend the accommodation and would stay again if visiting Reading in the future

Flat 1 is on the ground floor and easily accessible. It appears brand new; the furniture, fittings and amenities are fantastic. Light, airy and very comfortable. Lovely kitchen area with everything you need. WiFi is good and TV is enormous. Fantastic bathrooms (2), spotlessly clean, even nice neighbours - I could go on. Lovely place and a lovely stay. Parking is a bit tight, oh and the salt cellar was empty!

Property was clean but on the outskirts of town on a main road. This should be noted on the explanation. Utterly depressing week.

Die Einrichtung ist modern und sauber, allerdings gibt es nur zwei Stühle und ein Sofa, somit kann man in der Küche nicht mit mehr als zwei Personen Essen!!! Ohne Grund löste einmal der Brandmelder aus und ein TV im Schlafzimmer blinkte in der Nacht.? Die Mail mit dem Schlüsselcode wurde erst nach nochmaliger telefonischer Nachfrage zugestellt, obwohl alle Foto Dokumente vorher schon übermittelt wurden. Die Umgebung ist etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt aber mit BUS ist alles erreichbar!
