On the lower level, there is a living/dining room that features a TV with a flat screen and air conditioning, as well as direct access to the terrace. This level also includes a bedroom with a French bed measuring 140 cm and 200 cm in length, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower and WC. Moving upstairs, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will discover another living/dining area spanning 25 square meters, complete with satellite TV, a flat screen, and air conditioning.
