Maine Vacation

One of the best VRBO stays we have had. Owner was very responsive from making reservation to questions regarding our stay. House was very clean and worked well for our family. The location on the lake was great for swimming and boating while be about 10 minutes from grocery store. Highly recommend this property.

Friends trip

We had a fabulous stay. The owners let us extend our stay on Monday until 5pm because the weather was so crappy this weekend. The house is beautiful and well equipped. So many bedrooms so great for many different families. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay

There was 15 of us for Thanksgiving and plenty of room for everyone. 6 children between 2 and 10 and they enjoyed the space and games too! Ryan was very quick to respond to every inquiry.

Jordan Bay Gem

We were a group of 12 and the house had everything we needed and more. Great location on the lake and convenient to town. Owner was easy to reach and answered my questions quickly. Great vacation and highly recommend this house.

Beach Road

Beautiful property. Nice quiet location. Just would have been nice to be able to swim off the dock but since we had a pontoon boat, it was easy enough to get to some good swimming spots. Lots of space for everyone! Loved the fire pit and all the seating.

Great family home!

Our whole family of 11 stayed there - ages 83 to 8. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house is equipped with everything we needed. It is a quiet location right off the big lake where the kids could paddle board and kayak without a lot of boat traffic. We rented a boat and brought one also and the dock was plenty big. Can't say we caught any big fish off the dock, but it was fun to catch even the little ones. I would recommend this home for large families or a couple of families together.

Making memories in Maine

As advertised! Totally updated/expanded recently…plenty of elbow room for everyone(we had 12 folks)…easy lake access…quality amenities including paddle boards and paddle boat, fire table and fire pit…plenty of living space on both levels, including two kitchens…owner was easy to work with so we had a wonderful week at this property on Sebago Lake👍👍🎉🎉

Great Lake vacation experience

The owner was very responsive and helpful as we planned the trip. The house was well stocked with everything we could think of. The layout is great. The game room, canoe, outdoor games and kayaks that were available made an excellent experience even in the rain. Fantastic job with this home!!!!

Week gathering to celebrate a 50th

We had an amazing week of relaxation and fun with family and friends to celebrate turning 50! The home was perfect! Plenty of space, great spot and easy access to lakes for our boats! We travel a lot and always bring so much but didnt need any of our own stuff! Kitchen well set up for all your needs! We grilled, relaxed by firepit, and the use of paddleboards was a big hit! So much to do on a rainy day without leaving! The owners were also easy to communicate with and super accomodating and nice! Would highly recommend and choose again!

Extended Family Vacation

Our extended family (ages 16-80) stayed for a week of relaxation and fun. The house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room for everyone, loads of amenities and very clean. We loved kayaking along the lake every day. The dock is wonderful and lots of fun to fish from and the backyard is spacious with lots of seating. Ryan is a great host - easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would stay here again for sure!

The Perfect Place to Enjoy Sebago Lake

We've been taking family vacations with VRBO every summer for the past 10 years, and this is one of the nicest houses we've ever rented! Although there were only 8 of us, this year, the Lazy Bully could have easily accommodated our 12-person maximum. Stylish and well-appointed, the house appeared brand new and the wide assortment of kayaks, paddle boards, and pedal boat meant options suited to everyone's abilities. Finally, the driveway was long and wide enough to easily accommodate our three cars, along with a full-size pickup truck and boat trailer. Yes, we brought a 17-foot boat and moored it at the dock! The dock length and height were perfect for the boat, and allowed us to easily launch and recover the kayaks and pedal boat with our boat docked. We launched from the very convenient Raymond Boat Ramp (1.5 miles from the house, an easy 10 minutes by boat) and it was an unusually pleasant experience. The staff and other boaters were very polite, friendly, and patient with newbies. One word of warning: If you're bringing a boat from out of state, be sure to have a Class 4 throwable life preserver in the boat, and purchase a milfoil protection sticker (www.maine.gov) before your trip. The game wardens who informed us of the requirements were polite and friendly, but it would have been good to know beforehand. All in all, the Lazy Bully was a fine place to spend a relaxing week with family!

Perfect House with great owners

The house was absolutely fantastic! It accommodated my wife and I, our six children and their significant others, and friends. The set up is very modern and warm, and there was plenty of space for gathering to tell stories and play board games. The owner was very responsive and available to answer questions at all times. We've rented a lot of houses over the years and this was by far the best. You will not be disappointed!
