Very nice villa
I've booked this villa for 4 nights and it was amazing! The place is spotlessly clean and looks even better in reality than on the pictures. The rooms have been redecorated in a more tropical style. It's also nicely gated and provides full privacy. There were no ants or bugs in the house, which was a huge relief. The pool was beautiful and clean. On the second day the villa and the pool were serviced and the staff left the house sparkling clean. Once we've checked in, the staff was responsive and attended to our every need.
During our stay we had minor issues with some of functionalities in the house (deposit box would start beeping, remote for the gate ran out of battery, we had this amazing barbecue but couldn't buy matches in any of the nearby stores, the pool had a jacuzzi function which didn't seem to work or perhaps we didn't know how to turn it on). The area of Rawai is full of rental villas so it can get noisy when neighbours party at night - I guess that is the charm of Phuket. One thing I'd like to recommend is to arrange for your check in way before arrival, as in weeks before. The phone listed on the hotels page isn't responsive and there were no responses to texts or messages I sent via hotels a week prior to arrival, so make sure you make your arrangements and spare yourself the stress.
