Two bedroom villa with private pool in the famous area of rawai , 3 minutes from friendship beach and 10 minutes from hai harn beach .located in a very quiet area , close to all the shops in rawai
The space
Very recent villa ,superbly equipped with private swimming pool in a small tropical garden. The accommodation can accommodate 4 people and it is possible to add small extra beds for people with children
Guest access
Very well equipped villa with home cinema and cable tv in All bedroom.
All bedroom are equipped with king size beds,the master bedroom has a dressing room overlooking the bedroom with bath and separate shower.
Of course you have a bathroom on each bedroom plus bathroom on the ground floor.
The price includes, satellite tv ,high speed internet , cleaning once a week (minimum 7 nights stay ),linen cleaning once a week , gardener and swimming pool maintenance twice a week.
