The Genesis townhouses complex is located in the Rawai waterfront area - a tourist location, with shops, restaurants, massage parlors and Thai boxing schools. Also nearby are the Rawai Fish market and the children's amusement park Rawai Park.

Our complex is a closed private area.
Each villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private sundeck.
The complex has a large communal swimming pool.

Housing
Three storey townhouse.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a soft sofa and a TV, combined with a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - stove, oven, microwave and kitchen utensils. There is also a toilet on the first floor.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms - one with a king size bed, two with queen-size beds. Two bathrooms - in one bathroom and toilet, in the other shower and toilet.

On the third floor there is a terrace with sun loungers.

The house has its own private small yard (about 20 sq.m). It has plants, a table, chairs, an umbrella.

Security deposit THB 15,000 (or USD 450) payable upon arrival, refundable upon departure.
