We built our unique Thai contemporary style villa in 2008, with great attention to architectural detail. Ideal for small families. We are located a leisurely 10 minute stroll to the village of Sai Yuan, which has a good variety of restaurants both Thai and western , shops and bars in a quiet area and just 5 minutes drive to beautiful Nai Harn beach , Ao sane beach,Ya Nui beach ( where you can rent kayaks.), Nui beach and Phrom Thep Cape.

Comprises of 2 bedrooms with King sizes beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms luxury villa, with western style kitchen, dining room, living room, private salt-water swimming pool, cable T.V. (80 channels ) , 42 inch LCD T.V. , DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access, safe, and a CD player. With air-cons in bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout villa. Decorated with traditional Thai teak furniture. With beautiful vaulted two tier ceilings decorated with impressive architectural moldings.

Fully equipped kitchen with teak wood cabinets and black granite counter-top with large refrigerator and freestanding cooker with 4 gas burners and 1 electric ring with a rotisserie oven ,dishwasher, garbage disposal and washing machine located outside.

Maid and pool cleaning service included. Our villa also offers a wide variety of amenities including: Private salt water swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with 4 deck chairs and a table and 4 chairs, pool side shower, barbecue, also a table and 4 chairs with a ceiling fan to keep you cool, on the front terrace.
