Our property boasts five bedrooms, with three located on the first floor and two on the second floor. The first floor bedrooms include two bathrooms and a toilet, whereas the second floor bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The living room is spacious and leads to a western-style kitchen. You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the beautiful swimming pool, watch TV or use the free Wi-Fi. There is also a BBQ area available for your use. The property is conveniently located, just a 3-5 minute drive to Nai Harn and Rawai beaches, where you can find 7-11 shops, restaurants, and bars. The house features a large carport and is fully fenced, ensuring your safety and privacy.

Great stay

Villa is lovely, we had a couple of minor problems early in our time there, but Natti, our contact there, sorted them out within a couple of hours, she is superb. Rooms are excellent, bedrooms upstairs are vast! Location is between Rawai Beach and Nai Harn Beach, both great, but for different reasons, about 15 minutes walk from Rawai, and 20 minutes walk from Nai Harn. If you don't fancy the walk, taxis are in abundance, and so cheap! I have no hesitation in recommending a stay in tis villa, we were a family group of 7, and there was space for everyone. Great stay, would love to come back
