Very well located to centre of the city. Clan No staff to greet you on arrival accept my phone, which worked fine. Excellent support when staff did arrive in the day. No elevator

Disappointing. It is rated too high, so our expectations were the same. However the price doesn’t worth what we found: There is not 24 hours front-desk at all, we arrived 3:00 PM and had the get the indications to get in by phone. The cleaning of the room was more than mediocre. Breakfast is average and below, compared to what you usually find in other places. The property stinks to cigarette smoke despite it is “vietato fumare” inside. There wasn’t even a courtesy water, everything was to be paid. The host is a nice person, but there is a lot to improve here.
