Had a blast staying at the resort! The breakfast was super good and the staff was super kind and helpful. We spend our days at the pool, just enjoying the beautiful view.. Everything with the hotel was amazing, will defintly come back!
Had the most amazing time at MarePineta Resort. First of all it was so beautiful, very nice architecture and a pool area which was super nice, never wanted to leave! Super easy access to the beach as well. The staff was amazing, everyone was so helpful and kind and we had the best possible service during our entire stay. Very generous breakfast buffét, and super nice room with everything you could wish for. Thank you, we will come back!
Had the best couple of days in this beautiful hotel. Big and light rooms, super friendly and helpful staff and beautiful areas including the pool and outside sitting sections. The breakfast was equally amazing as the rest of the hotel. 5/5!
the staff was very pleasant but not very helpful. They didn't know of any restaurants nearby even though there was one about 100 yards away and they didn't know the name of the street they were on. A "4 star restaurant should at least have a coffee maker in the room. Nothing redeeming about this place
The new parts of the building are very stylish and tastefully decorated. This was also the case for our room (Deluxe Lissoni). Very nice and tasteful design, but, besides a spacious wardrobe almost no storage space in the room and bathroom. The restaurant is also decorated very nice, breakfast and dinner can at best be described as mediocre, which in no way corresponds to the standard of a 5 star hotel and sorely disappointed our culinary expectations of the Emilia-Romagna region. The description of the hotel kitchen on the hotel site borders on insolence. A la carte unfortunately only for lunch at the beach restaurant, so you have to usually opt for the lesser evil on the fixed menu card or content yourself with the antipasti buffet. Even in the middle of summer, dinner is generally NOT served outdoors, very surprising and unpleasant for a summer beach resort. The unenthusiastic staff (more clearance than care, from check-in to check-out) is probably due mainly to a lack of motivation, quite poor language skills and apparently physical absence of management. The beach is spacious and well looked after, but the sea is completely unsuitable for swimming. Knees are wet after 100 meters, 200 meters further on also the navel ... two 10 minutes treading water sessions in a week just do not nourish the feeling of beach and seaside. Also, mostly used by children, the actually quite beautiful pool is not an option. Conclusion: The MarePineta Resort undoubtedly is one of the best hotels on the Italian Adriatic Riviera, though the 5 stars are really very flattered and cajoled. Whether we will be back? Certainly not, but that is mainly due to dilapidated Milano Marittima and the Adriatic.
We visited this resort last week for a break however were left disappointed as it wasn't as we expected Prior to booking I researched this resort checked out reviews etc and looked on the resorts website however let me explain that this is nothing like the experience we received When I looked at the website it led me to believe that this was a trendy resort with the fantastic white party's etc however this could not have been further from the truth Upon checking in we were upgraded to the Casa mare (main part of the hotel) which is supposed to be the 5* part of the resort however this fell way below our expectations and i agree with previous reviewers that this is definitely not 5 star so I would hate to think that we would have had to stay in the other part of the hotel The finishing touches in the room were very disappointing for example poor and unfinished paintwork, grout left all over the tiles some of the electrical points not working and very basic amenities. I'm not sure if we arrived out of season however everywhere seemed absolutely deserted. They was probably no more than 10 rooms booked in the whole resort therefore everything felt a little apresive and lacked any type of atmosphere The bar was deserted each evening we walked past and had no form of music etc to entice guests in The beach location was lovely however this was let down by the actual service as you could not actually eat in the beach restaurant as it was closed for the season which seems very strange when all the other nearby beach clubs were open The location of the hotel is quite good for beach access however the better restaurants are a 10-15 min walk away and doing this on an evening is quite an uncomfortable experience I really feel that the management team have a lot of work to do and need to step up their game to get this resort up to scratch. They specifically needs to look at the finishing of the rooms, providing a full beach service whilst the resort is open, doing everything possible to generate business to get more guest bookings, creating a better experience on an evening particularly in the bar where they was no atmosphere at all Based on the above I don't feel that I would recommend this resort or Milano Marritima if you are below a certain age group as they are better resorts in Italy for a similar price bracket
We have returned from the excellent Mare Pineta on 2nd September after a perfect 2 week stay in a very comfortable hotel. It is perhaps not quite a five-star hotel but is perfectly situated in beautiful Milano Marittima. The hotel provides first-class service in most areas and tries very hard in all other aspects of service. The building itself is a combination of old world charm and modern sleek with all the facilities you need (eg. WiFi and Sky). This hotel has perfectly designed rooms that are furnished with air conditioners, powerful showers, telephone, Wi-Fi, and minibar. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to it's own private beach past the Tennis courts and outside gym! You are also allocated you own sunbeds on the beach for the duration of your stay at the hotel. We never ate dinner in the restaurant as there are so many other choices in the town but the food options on offer at breakfast were plentiful and excellent even if you came down at 10am! We found all the staff very helpful and looked after our every need promptly and with a smile on their faces. We would make special mention of the 2 guys that looked after the sunbeds and Luna & Simiona on reception who did everything we asked of them despite our poor attempts to explain what we wanted. We have been all over the world and we never go back to the same place twice but we will definitely return to this hotel and Milano Marittima.
We visited the Marepineta Resort Hotel in July for a weeks' holidays 'en famille'. Is this a five star hotel - No, but it is a family hotel. Some rooms are better than others so if you are unhappy, make yourself heard. If you are a young family (2 adults, 1-2 children and a baby) ask for Room 4 at the time of booking. You won't be disappointed. If you need assistance, the hotel will book you a wheel chair at a nominal cost. The majority of staff are not English speaking so the simplest of instructions are difficult to follow, let alone get right! Perseverance doesn't help but it will make you feel a little better. The housekeeping staff speak better English than the dining room staff - such a pity. Bathroom supplies in abundance but no salt or pepper! The beach is clean and well organised and towels are in abundance. Buckets and spades are available to use. The food is always fresh but a little repetitive but there are outside restaurants near the hotel which offer alternatives and not overpriced. The pool area is very accommodating and there are no shortage of loungers both by the pool and the beach. Great place for a week - if you don't expect more than a four star hotel, you won't be disappointed.
I have just returned home after a very pleasant journey, and I feel I must write immediately to thank MarePineta Resort for giving me such a wonderful holiday. I lived in a luxurious and comfortable hotel. It is a five-star hotel located in Viale Dante, 40, 48015 Milano Marittima RA, Italy. They are capable of speaking a few languages, including Russian, English and Italian The hotel offers the first-class service and the most modern facilities for their guests. It is a new good looking building. The hotel is located near (3 minutes walking time) to their own beach . This hotel has a perfectly designed rooms that are furnished with air conditioners, cold and hot shower, telephone, Wi-Fi, interactive TV and minibar. There is also a car park, family rooms and an elevator in the hotel. I stayed in this beautiful hotel from 08.07.2016- 17 07.2016 , everything was up to date, wonderful service, tasty food and friendly staff I will always remember the warm welcome and the best service I received from people working in this hotel HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON MAREPINETA RESORT 😘😘😘
After 22 years this hotel feels like coming home to us. Changes under a new owner therefor always create some nerveousness. Especially "old school" clients were somewhat negative. They shouldn't be. Some new initiatives in this paradise are excellent, free towl service, free bicycles,....great compared to thepast. The rooms have been upgraded very elegantly. It seems to me thatmore staffus available, but that the internal organisation may stillbe improved, a challenge for management. The restaurant service is somewhat changed but the quality is even marginally improved compared to the past, today focussing on local traditions brought on ahigh level. The pastas have even become exquisite. We are stillhere today so my final judgment may follow in acouple of days.
