Near Ravenna, within a private green garden park, 2 detached houses with independent entrances are also rented separately: Casa del Gallo and Cascina delle Rondini.

Convenient to the sea, an excellent base for excursions to sites of cultural interest (Ravenna, Rimini, Bologna, Ferrara, Venice, Comacchio, Faenza, Cervia), nature (Po Delta Park) and Mirabilandia.

The recently renovated houses with fine finishes, bright, quiet and surrounded by greenery, are located in Sant'Alberto, which offers numerous services (supermarket, pharmacy, bar, tobacconist's) that can also be reached on foot.

The Casa del Gallo country house has two floors. On the ground floor: dining area with equipped kitchenette (plus dishwasher), TV, double bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning.

Great stay!

Our family stayed at casa del Gallo during the F1 race. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Très bon séjour dans le logement situé à San Alberto, proche de Ravenna.Petit bémol nous étions 6 adultes, il a manqué un petit salon où se réunir ...Sinon tout était à notre convenance, nous vous recommandons cette belle maison situé dans un joli parc arboré et proche de tous le sites à visiter dans Ravenna.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation auf englisch. Sehr schönes Anwesen.Perfekter Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Valle di Comacchio, Ravenna, Ferrara, Bologna, San Marino) und an den Strand. Super Tennisplatz im Ort, Supermarkt Conad, Bäckerei, Café/Bar, Apotheke und Gelateria im Ort. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in San‘Alberto.

Lovingly restored house on a well-kept property

The house is set in a large, well-kept garden. All rooms are clean, and the kitchen is functionally equipped. It is very quiet because it is not directly on the road.The landlady is very friendly, responds quickly to inquiries, and speaks very good English. Check-in and check-out are easy, as the landlady lives next door.Ravenna, with its cultural treasures, can be reached by car in 25 minutes, and the sea in 20 minutes. There is a small pizzeria in town; restaurants are more commonly found in seaside towns.We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the house for a peaceful stay.Thanks to Ms. Merighi.Please note that the address is incorrect in the holiday apartment app. It's house number 24, not 240.

Tolle Unterkunft!Liebevoll und hochwertig restauriertes Anwesen. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad samt Toilette. Schöner Außenbereich für gemütliche Stunden.Die Gastgeberinnen haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und standen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung.Direkt in Laufnähe befinden sich zwei Bäcker, eine Bar, eine Pizzeria, ein Supermarkt und eine großartige Eisdiele.Ein wunderbarer Strand ist ca 10-15 Autominuten entfernt.Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten .

Unser Aufenthalt war angenehm, leider schlechtes Wetter. Da wir in diesem Jahr die ersten Mieter waren, roch es ein wenig muffig.Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und hat gute Betten.In den ersten Tagen funktionierte das Internet nicht. Die Besitzerinnen kamen persönlich aus Bologna und brachten einen neuen Router.Folgende Dinge haben in der KÜche gefehlt: ein Reibeisen, ein großes Schneidbrett, gute Messer, eine Zitronenpresse. Doch sonst war alles da!

Italienurlaub in der Po-Ebene

Wir wurden warmherzig begrüßt, das Haus war sauber und für eine fünfköpfige Familie groß genug. Das Grundstück ringsherum ist top. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Nicht weit weg ist die historisch wertvolle Stadt Ravenna mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Aber auch Saint´Alberto hat viel zu bieten. Eine Cafeteria, einen Bäcker, das weltbeste Eis in der dortigen Eisdiele, hinterm Ort ist eine Fähre, um ins Naturschutzgebiet zu kommen. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß und auch der Garten war super für unsere Kinder. Entgegen der Ausstattungsmerkmale im Inserat ist keine Spülmaschine im Haus vorhanden. Ansonsten hat es uns jedoch sehr gut gefallen.

Süßer kleiner Ort; das Nötigste war vorhanden

Der Strand war in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Schöne Stadt zu besichtigen in 15 km. Gastgeberin war freundlich. Leider ist die Freundlichkeit in den Restaurants nicht überall gut. Landschaft sehr schön.

Das war Urlaub!!!!

Schönes Haus auf 2 Etagen. In jedem Zimmer Klimaanlage und separates Badezimmer. Küchenausstattung ausreichend für bis zu 8 Personen, großer Esstisch. Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse und wunderschöner großer Garten. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich bei unserer Vermieterin. Bis bald.

Aangenaam verblijf in Sant Alberto

Een heel aangename en ruime woning om tijdens de vakantie in te vertoeven. De aanwezige airco"s waren in deze temperaturen een absolute meerwaarde. Zeer sympathieke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Anna gaf een heleboel tips voor uitjes in de buurt en waar het lekker eten is. Een verblijf bij Anna in Sant Alberto kunnen we absoluut aanraden!

Przepiękne i kameralne miejsce/ Beautiful and cozy place

A wonderful romantic house with a beautiful garden. Very comfortable - a separate bathroom for each bedroom. All amenities - e.g. air conditioning. Located in a small cozy town in close proximity to many beaches. Great place for sunbathing and active recreation - sightseeing - Commachio, Ravenna, Bologna. National Parks, cycling tours around the beautiful lake. Kindest owner Anna - told us where to sunbathe, what to visit. We highly recommend !!! Wspaniały klimatyczny dom w przepięknym ogrodzie. Bardzo wygodny - do każdej sypialni osobna łazienka. Wszystkie udogodnienia - np. klimatyzacja. Położony w małej kameralnej miejscowości w bliskim dystansie do wielu plaż. Świetne miejsce do plażowania i aktywnego wypoczynku - zwiedzania - Commachio, Ravenny, Bolonii. Parków Narodowych, wycieczek rowerowych wokół pięknego jeziora. Przemiła właścicielka Anna - podpowiedziała nam gdzie warto plażować, co warto zwiedzić. Polecamy !!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Sant‘Alberto

Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es steht ein riesiger Garten mit Hängematten, eine gemütliche Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Alles ist schön eingerichtet, die Bäder sind ganz neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzerin ist äußerst freundlich, kinderlieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Es steht eine Waschmaschine, jedoch keine Spülmaschine zur Verfügung. Im Ort steht alles für die täglichen Besorgungen bereit, tolle Strände in ca. 15 km Entfernung. Wir haben sehr viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht (Bologna, Ravenna, San Marino, Ferrara, Choggia etc.). Sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine traumhafte, ruhige Unterkunft.

Unser 3-wöchiger-Urlaub in diesem Landhaus war sehr schön. Das Haus liegt wunderbar auf einem parkähnlichen Grundstück. Das Haus mit seinen 4 Klimaanlagen, war trotz der großen Hitze, wohl klimatisiert. Die Betten sind sehr gut und das es zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad gab hat den familiären Frieden sehr gut getan. Ein besonderes Lob an unsere Vermieterin. Sie hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr nett, aber unaufdringlich “Rund” gestaltet. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
