The house is modern, fully equipped and offers sleeping places for 4 and 2 children (<=12 years old).
The sitting room is equipped with a large sofa (fold-out bed of 1.60 by 2 meters) and an LCD TV. through the patio doors you enter the balcony where you can enjoy your meal outside, or have a drink with an unobstructed view of the sea and where the children can walk around wonderfully. .
The kitchen is modernly furnished (4-burner induction plate, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, combi microwave and storage cupboards).
A coffee maker and toaster are also available.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2 meters) and fitted wardrobes.
There is also a children's room with a bunk bed and spacious cupboards.
The bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a sink with a large mirror and base units.
A 6 kg. washing machine. is there at your disposal.
Sheets and towels for 6 people are available.
There is heating.
The beach bar "Bagno Sabbia d 'Oro" located just below the house on the beach has an excellent kitchen and there is also a parasol with 2 sun beds for free.
The sea is long shallow, therefore excellent for young children.
All in all you can have a quiet, comfortable family holiday here
All shops, restaurants and the center can be reached on foot.
The bus stop is nearby and from there you can go to the beautiful city of Ravenna without your car.
There is parking space downstairs for the car.
If you want to come by plane, there is Bologna airport about 80 km away.
From there you can take a shuttle several times a day, or possibly rent a car.
The rent goes from Saturday to Saturday.
