Vollkommen falsche Fotos der Unterkunft

Ich hatte 4 Appartments gebucht. 2 davon waren ok, 2 waren völlig indiskutabel (Geruch, Zustand der Einrichtung, Komfort). Die Appartments waren 3 Klassen unter den Fotos, wie die Zimmer angeblich aussehen sollten. Offensichtlich handelt es sich um private Appartments mit sehr unterschiedlich Qualität über eine "Agentur" vermittelt werden. Das ist für diesen Preis völlig inakzeptabel. Nachdem ich den gesamten Preis vor Ort zurückgefordert und mit Abreise gedroht habe, haben wir zwei andere Appartments bekommen, die zwar nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen haben, aber akzeptabel waren. Daher: nie wieder dieser Anbieter.

Tolle, saubere, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Indoorpool, Möglichkeit für Sauna und Massagen; Grillstellen vorhanden; sehr freundlicher Support durch Anlagenmanagement. Ferienwohnung sehr sauber, mit neuen Möbeln, allen erforderlichen Küchenutensilien und -geräten ausgestattet. Brötchenservice mit leckerer, frischer Ware. Schöne Lage inmitten der Berge, in zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbarer Nähe zu Hochalmbahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Zell am See, Salzburg, Großglockner,… schnell und gut per Auto zu erreichen. Wie kommen gerne wieder!
