The Retreat on the Green is just an hour from the majestic Hiawatha Trail and only 15 miles south of Farragut State Park where you'll have access to endless biking and hiking trails, disc golf, picnic areas, and picturesque Lake Pend Orielle.

The Retreat on the Green is magical if you're lucky enough to book during the winter months. You'll love being just an hour from four different ski resorts where you can cross-country and downhill ski. Or maybe you'd enjoy renting snowmobiles at nearby Priest Lake for a day? Vacation in January or February and you'll even be able to do some ice fishing! Come relax, play, and enjoy this winter wonderland!

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full use of the entire condo. No sharing except with those you love! You'll receive a code for private entry shortly before your stay. Inside you will find a guest pass which you should keep with you while enjoying neighborhood amenities like the pool, beach, and courts.

Free overnight parking allowed only in driveway immediately in front of garage #10. Free daytime parking allowed in overflow parking area opposite condo unit and designated with parking markers.

We have great neighbors! Please be friendly when you see them.

Also, please respect quiet hours of 10pm-8am. This is a retirement and vacation community, so everyone wants to enjoy themselves.
