Cozy attic apartment in Rasun di Sopra, a small village situated in Valle di Anterselva, in the Puster Valley, 10 km from Brunico. The house overlooks a unique and enchanting: the Heufler Castle, residence of the sixteenth century, the old farmsteads, the flowery meadows and deep green forests. The valley, famous for the International Championships Biathlon, is crowned by the majestic cliffs of the massive Rieserferner that culminates with the Collalto to 3500 meters. The valley ends with the Lake Anterselva. You can ski on the Plan de Corones, part of the Dolomiti Superski area, with 49 slopes for a total of 103 km of slopes. The free ski bus has a stop just below the house. It takes you to both the Lake Anterselva for the Biathlon, the school and the cross country tracks, both the ski lifts to reach Plan de Corones which offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains from the Dolomites to the peaks of the Alps in Val Venosta. Rasen is an ideal place to practice alpine skiing, cross country skiing, biathlon, cycling, canoeing, tennis, walking. On the golf course is in Brunico, 20 minutes from home. The apartment is a bright loft of 70 square meters with a beautiful terrace overlooking the castle and the mountains. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Oberrasen
Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat alles gepasst und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Eigentümerin und der Verwalterin hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Wohnung selbst liegt direkt unter dem Dach und ist sehr schön und auch praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch war auch die Garage, so dass wir bei Schneefall sofort losfahren konnten. Einziger kleiner Nachteil in unseren Augen: Im Winter kann man nur mit der Balkontüre lüften, da die Dachfenster nicht geöffnet werden können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
