Food was fenomenal (so many all-you-can-eat tasty dishes) and the staff working in the dining room were very polite. Location is perfect, since the hotel is right at the ski piste. The indoor pool was cold (its small, so you cant swimm around to warm up, its meant just for chilling and relaxing). There were many kids yelling and running in the hallways on all floors and the stairs, at all times (even at 23h) with no supervision from parents. Staff of the hotel should do something about it and stress out to families with children that the hotel is not a kindergarden. The noise made the whole experience much worse (which is a pity because the hotel itself is great).
