Welcome to the wonderful 5-star Villa Sunny Day with Pool, located in a helmet of Koromacno near Labin and Rabac! This perfect estate has fitness equipment, a sauna, Jacuzzi, garden, grill, parking for 3 cars.
The property has a surface of 990 m2 and its central part occupies a turquoise outdoor swimming pool of 64 m2 and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Beach chairs and an outdoor shower are also at disposal. Alfresco dining area with a summer kitchen will be great for a family gathering.
The splendid Villa Sunny Day has 4 bedrooms and extends on 2 floors with a surface of 200 m2 and it can perfectly accommodate up to 10 persons.
The interior of the villa is modern, bright and stylish. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table is connected to a cozy living room with sofas and a fireplace. One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also on this floor, as well as 2 toilets. At disposal, guests have a sauna and an outdoor Jacuzzi for extra relaxation.
