Großartiges Haus - toller Urlaub

Das Haus und die Umgebung waren ideal für unseren Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Von dort aus sind wir zu zahlreichen Ausflügen gestartet. Wer ein ruhiges, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus sucht, hier ist alles vorhanden. Auch das Trampolin und die Tischtennisplatte haben wir genutzt. Leider konnten wir den Pool nur in den ersten Tagen nutzen, weil es dann einfach im Oktober zu kalt war. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die freundliche Begrüßung.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Haus, Pool und Grundstück war sehr schön. Wir hätten uns Auflagen für die Poolliegen gewünscht und mehr Rasen. Tischtennisplatte war nicht aufzustellen da nur Steine oder Pflastersteine. Verletzungsgefahr war uns einfach zu hoch.

Erholsame Zeit

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, das Haus ist schön, zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet. Das Poolhaus und der Pool traumhaft schön! Dort haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind verbesserungswürdig, die Kaffeemaschine braucht sehr lange, etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön und auch ein paar mehr Handtücher. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine waren vor Ort . In der Umgebung sind zwei Restaurants, in Labin kann man einkaufen! Wir hatten einen tollen und gelungenen Urlaub .

Erholung pur

Für uns waren es sieben Tage Erholung und Entspannung pur. Das Haus bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Mitten in der Natur gelegen, nicht weit von dem kleinen Dorf Trget. Von Tourismus keine Spur. In Trget, gibt es zwei einheimische Restaurants und einen kleinen Hafen. Im ca. 10 min entfernten Labin gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dm, Lidl Spar usw. Wir wurden von Gastgeberin Ana sehr freundlich mit einer kleinen Erfrischung empfangen. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wird einmal in der Woche gereinigt und auch der PH-Wert des Wassers gecheckt. Für uns ein Traumaufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach Traumhaft*****

Etwas abgelegen, hier entflieht man dem Touristenstrom.Sehr viel Grün in der Umgebung. Einkaufen kann man 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt in sehr vielen Geschäften Spar, Lidl, Konzum u.s.w .Der Garten war wunderbar. Der Pool sauber und gepflegt.Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet unten wie oben. Es war alles vorhanden wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Duschtücher, Pooltücher, Geschirrtücher, Frischhaltefolie, Alufolie und noch viel mehr.Die Bäder sind sauber. Bei jedem Waschbecken gab es eine Seife. Bei jedem Wc ein Kloreinigungsmittel. Es gab sogar einen Handtuchwärmer :-) love it! Für uns war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. ℹ️ In jedem Zimmer gibt es einen TV mit Deutschen Kanälen. Für Kinder gibt es ein Spielplatz mit Schaukel, Hüpfburg und ein Tischtennis Set. Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen 2025 wieder.

Einfach nur Traumhaft!

Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an Reibungslos. Es wurde immer schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Uns wurde auch vorab der genaue Standort mitgeteilt. Trotzdem haben wir es nicht gleich gefunden. Es liegt etwas abgelegen, dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin sehr freundlich mit einer kleinen Leckerei empfangen. In der direkten Umgebung sind noch zwei Häuser. In Trget selber, 5 Autominuten entfernt, kann man in einem Mini-Supermarkt Kleinigkeiten wie Milch, Brötchen kaufen. Für größere Einkäufe muss man in das ca. 10 Autominuten entfernte Labin fahren. Hier gibt es zahleiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Plodine, Spar, Konzum, Rossmann etc. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Wasser im Pool ist herrlich erfrischend und sehr sauber. Dafür haben die Poolboys einmal pro Woche gesorgt. Die Vermieterin Ana ist sehr freundlich. Probleme, wie defekter Backofen, wurden direkt behoben. Sie hat uns zwischendurch auch auf einen nationalen Feiertag hingewiesen, von dem wir nichts wussten. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Da das Haus mitten in der Natur steht, muss man sich mit dem ein oder anderen Mitbewohner arrangieren. Grillen, große Grashüpfer, Eidechsen und Stechmücken sind normal. Ohne Mückespray haben sie uns förmlich aufgefressen ;-)
