Along the wall by the pool, a lush rosemary hedge awaits you, adding a touch of the Mediterranean to every meal. In addition to laurel and rosemary, there are a number of Mediterranean herbs such as sage, thyme and lavender that will enchant your senses with their aroma. There are also various fruit trees on the property, providing an abundance of fresh produce.



House Joanna not only impresses with its enchanting garden, but also with the large terrace that extends directly from the house. Here you can take a refreshing dip in the pool made of fine Kulier stone and equipped with the latest pool technology. Filled with rainwater and subjected to strict water quality control twice a week, the pool guarantees maximum relaxation and enjoyment.
