An open kitchen is also situated on this level, fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. On the lower ground floor, a spacious lounge of 40 m2 provides an additional relaxation area featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV with DVD player, and a separate WC.
