Terrible hotel

Superb hotel with very good food and service. Brilliant for a family trip. The evening entertainment at this hotel is the best I’ve ever seen, it’s like a full west end show every night. Staff are great. Restaurants also very good. The condition of the hotel is good, the rooms are good (not the best Ive been to at a Rixos but still good). The hotel is very Russian heavy and as a result some stuff is aimed to that culture, but not a major issue.

Went during eid holidays, fully booked but you don't feel it since the hotel is big. Beach and pools are beautiful, Food buffet is good but repetitive, a la carte restaurant are Ok, service is good, rooms needs an update, in overal 4/5. I recommend and will come back

We had a great stay at Rixos Ras Al Khaimah. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team and the bar staff who were quick and efficient even when it was busy. There are lots of pools to choose from, which was fantastic, and the buffet had a really good variety of food. The only downsides were that the rooms in the main hotel felt a bit dated, and there was no food or drinks service on the beach despite being told at reception that there would be. It was quite inconvenient having to walk about 6/7 minutes each way to get water or drinks, especially with little kids. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel overall — great service, good facilities, and a relaxing stay.
