Absolutely love this amazing property. We were spoilt from the moment we were picked up from the airport. Bev and Craig and their team made us feel so welcome and nothing was an issue. We had Beachfront Villa 9, with the beautiful clear sandy beach in front, pool on the side, just stunning. Will definitely come back here again. My husband and I were there for his 60th birthday and we just felt so relaxed and special.

This place and the people running it are outstanding. We have been there 8 times and always had the same Villa. It always gets better every time. The Owners and staff couldn't do more for us. The Villa is always clean. Fantastic views and great swimming and especially in our own private pool.

We stayed for a week in a beachfront villa with private pool. Great location, clean rooms, comfortable and relaxing stay - would definitely return. Enjoyed having a gorgeous beach often to ourselves with great snorkelling!

The villa is beautiful and the ocean right on your doorstep for the beachfront villa.. If your planning on doing activities- book early and remember that everything is closed Saturday afternoon and Sundays. Stephanie is a great help and can organise most tours for you.

Our villa was immaculately clean, refrigerator had beer from the local brewery, a bottle of white wine, juice, coconut water, eggs and cereal. A 2-page letter informing us of rules, where to put the key for use of lights and hot water. We were able to open the all glass doors facing the ocean to take advantage of the breeze! There is a small area between the bedroom and bathroom to put your luggage, and hang your clothes. The bathroom was a great size with a shower large enough to fit four people, and 2 shower heads, a full length mirror and plush towels. They provide lovely robes, soap, island made shampoo and conditioner. Poko works on Sunday and we sat down with her for an extremely thorough convo about the island. She went over in detail the restaurants for B, L and D; the map of the island and said she’d make reservations for us for events, restaurants and they were available for us for anything we needed. Poko was charming and loves her island! The rest of the week we worked with Steph and Beverly for the majority of our interactions. Both were delightful and very attentive. Beverly gave us tons of help in regards to hiking. We met Craig and he introduced us to other employees of Sea Change Villas. It was as if we were one big family. We felt so welcome! I lost my phone Day 1, and Steph was extremely helpful with this. It was returned on my last day! They have kayaks, bikes, and scooters for use which we took advantage of. Our villa was on the ocean and they front deck is set up so their is privacy. They have a washer and dryer and provide the detergent powder. I hope to one day return to this beautiful island and would definitely stay at Sea Change. Thank you Steph, Beverly and Craig for an amazing place!

It starts with a pickup at the airport and a glass of champagne on the way to Sea Change You arrive and your hostess, the bubbly Beverley, gives you a run down of the best places to see and eat and drink. Then the lazy holiday really begins. You just sit in your own private pool or walk a few steps and be on a beach with no one in sight then go down to a fun bar for a drink or eat at a fancy restaurant. You can sit on your deck and watch the sun set and hear the waves crash on the reef. Sea Change is stylish, private, intimate and the perfect place for a couple to unwind after a tough year. Can not fault the villas or the wonderful personal service of Beverley, Craig and Stephanie deliver. We will be back!

We stayed in a Lagoon view villa. The villa was spotlessly clean and it included a well appointed kitchen, very comfortable bed, a large bathroom, our own pool and great views from the front verandah. The location is great - being just across the road from the beach and on the bus route. The free pushbikes and kayaks are a bonus and we appreciated having a guest laundry. The staff were lovely: the cleaners did an excellent job and were so flexible in coming back later if we were still having breakfast when they arrived. The office staff were also great and we really appreciated them emailing a copy of some papers we left behind in the villa to our next destination. One thing to keep in mind is that there are no restaurants in easy walking distance of the villas. However a number of the local restaurants will pick you up and drop you home for free. This is a great service but you do need to negotiate the times with the restaurant. We had a peaceful, relaxing stay and highly recommend sea change villas.

Lovely villa with everything we needed including our own private pool! Only steps from the beach. Fantastic to have the free use of bikes, kayaks and snorkel sets - the gear was always available. All staff super friendly and helpful. Lovely view from our villa and really quiet and peaceful.Really enjoyed the complimentary food goodies and wine on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend Sea Change - great location and facilities !!

My husband and I booked a trip to Rarotonga from the US somewhat last minute, knowing little about the Cook Islands. in researching our hotel options, we chose Sea Change Villas as our place to stay, and we could not have been happier with the decison!!! First things first, the resort does not have a restaurant. so if you are the type that wants to eat in your hotel restaurant for every meal, maybe its not for you. However, hopefully most travelers are independent enough to live without that. Rarotonga is a small island, and Sea Change is close to so many restaurants (hotel restaurants included), that it shouldn't really matter. What the Sea Change does have is every important thing that makes a trip to the Cook Islands enjoyable. When we opened the "front door" to our villa, we were greeted by our own private, walled in swimming pool.No worries of screaming children or over talkative pool mates here. Beyond that was our actual villa, which was like a a large, well appointed studio apartment. Kitchen with all cooking and eating necessities, and food in the fridge to provide a couple of breakfasts :-). If you want to cook meals in your villa, there is a Supermarket within walking distance. There is a wonderful sitting area with Cable TV and access to movies should you want a a quiet evening after all of the sun, The bed is large and comfortable, the closet huge, and the bathroom very large, with a walk in shower. At the back was a large patio directly on the beach, walled off from your neighbors so you have privacy, and with a shower so you can wash the sand off from the beach. There its a laundry room that guests can use free of charge, so you don't need to overpack; kayaks and paddle boards; snorkeling gear; water shoes; and probably plenty more that we just didn't have time to use. It really is a little oasis. The owners Craig and Beverly, as well as the Manager Stephanie are the most kind and lovely people. They arranged everything for us and gave us all the ins and outs of the island. Personable and a joy to talk to as well. They really make you feel like family. We visited other resorts while we were there, but preferred the luxurious value and independence that Sea Change Villas afforded us, The Cook Islands will definitely be a place that we return to, and I won't even consider staying anywhere other than Sea Change Villas. It is your very own island paradise home away from home.

We where lucky enough to stay in lagoon View villa number 6. Writing this review we want give people an honest opinion of sea change villas, the good and the bad. but we are honestly stuck in finding a negative. From the villa itself to the friendly staff we have nothing but praise, in particular for Stephanie and Beverley who could not have been more helpful in making our stay something we will remember forever. From organising And booking our activities to recommending a nice restaurant and coming home after a day exploring to find an ice cold canister of the local Rarotonga brew in the fridge. The villa itself is was neat, tidy and well equipped with everything you need. There is a communal bbq area and laundry out the back. So a big thank you to Beverly and all her staff we were planning our return holiday on the plane home and agreed we don’t need to look at any other place to stay when we come back. Thank you so much Scott and jess
