Also, diese Bewertung ist für mich die schwierigste die ich bisher schreiben musste. Die Lage vom Haus einfach Bombe. Eine super Aussicht wirklich sehr schön gelegen das Grundstück. Ein wirklich toller Garten, super viel Platz, einfach ein Abenteuer für Kinder und Garten Liebhaber. Das Haus, sehr geräumig mit sehr viel Charme. Aber um überhaupt dort hinzugelangen, ist es empfehlenswert ein kleines Auto zu haben. Es führt eine winzige Serpentinenstraße die zum Ziel führt. Dort angekommen wird es interessant dort einen Familienwagen zu wenden bzw. zu parken. Angekommen muss man erst 220 in den Berg geschlagene Treppenstufen überwinden. Nicht unmöglich aber unüberwindbar für körperlich angeschlagene Menschen. Für das Gepäck gab es eine kleine Seilbahn. Sehr praktisch. Im Haus begrüßte uns ein leicht beißender Geruch. Da der Vermieter hastig noch im Badezimmer versucht hat mit Chemikalien den Schimmel zu beseitigen. Leider war der Geruch auch unser Begleiter den ganzen Urlaub lang. Was dann auch zu großen Unmut bei uns führte. Wie in Italien zu erwarten, war es auch sehr heiß, nicht unüblich aber für unser Mobilien Klimaanlage im Haus deutlich zu viel. Was diese auch völlig an ihre Belastungsgrenze brachte. Fazit das Ambiente war nett, die Umstände eine Katastrophe.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung
Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios.
Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf.
Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben transportiert werden.

Super schönes Haus
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist wunderbar!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und es war alles vorbereitet, u.a. auch ein "Erstüberlebenspaket" mit Spaghetti und Wein.
Wer gut zu Fuß ist und die Natur liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Unvergleichbare Unterkunft
Wer mit dem Treppensteigen klarkommt, wird mit einer absolut beeindruckenden Unterkunft belohnt. Wir haben schon viele Häuser gebucht, aber dieses hier ist eine reine Entdeckungsreise durch einen Garten in dem man immer wieder was Neues findet und ein Haus das mit so vielfältigen Dingen aus den letzten Generationen gefüllt ist, das man tagelang immer wieder an einer anderen Ecke mit einem Lächeln stehenbleibt. Der Wahnsinn und echt romantisch! Kein Vergleich zur Hektik in den Hotels.
