Stayed a few nights on the 4th floor. No lift. Problem if have big bags. Workers are friendly , can help with bags, if they are around lobby area. Room is huge and clean. Water pressure for shower was not good. Sound insulation was not good, can hear people talking from next room or corridor, sound of cars and bike can be heard too. A small cafe for tea and coffee in the lobby area. No restaurant on site. No room service too. Light buffet breakfast is served with room rate. Mini market and cafe within walking distance. For the rate they charge , can shop around for better bargains.

Well located, just off the main intersection of Ranong, tucked down a small quiet street, this is a newish hotel, only a few rooms, good service from friendly staff, and the rooms are decent, well appointed, and clean.

We booked this hotel at a short notice prior traveling to ranong as my girlfriend needed medical treatment before we got to Ko Phayam. As we arrived in Ranong airport we call the hotel to ask how to get there, the front desk swiftly arranged transportation for us to the hotel. Once at the hotel checking in was very simple and helpfull with all our needs from renting a motorcycle to booking our speed boat tickets to Ko Phayam. The staff were all super friendly and helpfull that we are using this hotel again before our departure back to Bangkok! Room was a nice size, spotlessly clean and had a nice western shower with hot water. A big TV in the room for those that want To use it,, a couple of free waters included. Bed was very firm but still comfy, this is a usual thing with Thai beds so didn't come as a surprise. A coffee shop inside and also a souvenir shop that sells not only Thai products but also Myanmar gifts.. From pearl jewellery to canes to cosmetics which also have a testing station before you buy to make sure you like the cosmetics you are buying.. The location of the hotel I personally think is Very convenient for everything. Within 5 minutes walking distance you have many corner restaurants, highly rated TA restaurants, 7/11s, local markets, a temple, a Catholic church and the roosting houses of the birds that make the birds nest soups/drinks. The only negative I can think of is there is no elevators and no concierge so you have to take your bags to the room yourself, I'm pretty sure the staff will help the elderly though... Overall we found Iconic to be a fantastic place to stay, with superbly helpfull staff to. If you are in Ranong then give this this lovely Lilly hotel a look, you won't be disappointed!!

Stayed for 2 nights in one of the bigger rooms and the standard was excellent. Nice big bed with a well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was your standard Thai style but was sufficient to start the day. Staff are very friendly and attentive. A wonderful little hotel well worth the stay.

I stayed at the Iconic Hotel when I headed down south to Ranong for one night, and it's easy to say that I wasn't disappointed. I stayed at the smaller double bed room, and the bed was comfortable. Given that Ranong is a small town, the cable TV's signal wasn't very good, which is the only drawback of my stay there. My friends stayed at the bigger Japanese-style room with 3 Japanese-style beds. The interior design was very impressive, and both my friends and I were more than impressed. The free breakfast is decent as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who is coming to Ranong, as it is a very good boutique hotel in a quiet southern town.

Into our 6th stop, and we stopped at this lil wonderful boutique hotel, The Iconic Hotel in the heart of Ranong. We were greeted and cared by the wonderful friendly staff and very helpful too. We were served with varieties Myanmar tea and some cha-yen.You'll notice they have a very cozy area at the reception for you to chill and a interesting little gift shop. You have various themed room and they are pretty spacious and very clean. Beds are real comfy, bathroom is spacious as well. You have the normal standard ameneties found in a hotel. They serve good breakfast too and you can find food nearby as the hotel is situated right in the middle of town. Only thing is that you have limited parking space but it's not hard finding one nearby. I highly recommend this place as the rates are affordable and most importantly, it's comfortable. I would sure to return and stay again if I'm in Ranong agai.

The Iconic Hotel in Ranong is a nice little boutique hotel with various themed rooms - we recently stayed in the minimalist room and enjoyed various type of tea at their cafe at lobby. They had a good variety of tea which I am a fan of and had the opportunity to try out various Myanmar Tea as well as some delightful cha-yen Room is basic but clean and spacious. Bathroom is equally spacious with all the standard amenities found in a hotel room. The hotel is easily accessible as it is situated right in the hear of town. We had our breakfast really early as we need to depart to Koh Talu and they were happy to arrange our breakfast as early as 6am :) which I believe is great. The staff were friendly and speaks good English. I would definitely return back to stay if I am in Ranong again.

The hotel is very clean and the room is big. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel also provided choice of breakfast and coffee. Close to food stall. Limited parking space but not hard to find parking nearby.

Lovely two night stay at this quirky little hotel. Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms. Very reasonable rates and good breakfast served in coffee shop. Highly recommended. Interesting little gift shop in reception area where staff were happy to demonstrate the use of thanaka, the Burmese equivalent of sunscreen.

Nice room and location with comfy lobby. Coffee here is so original. This is very convenient hotel under. "all in 1 concept" in small town like ranong that you can find authentic souvenir like roasted cashew nut, pearls, clothes etc.. On top of that, lovely staff will 1 of the top reasons for coming back.
