The cozy, high-quality, family-friendly Finnhütte in the Quilitz holiday complex offers space for 4 (up to 6) people.
The associated natural site covers 520 m² in a sunny location. A carport and a romantic and high-quality barrel sauna are available on the premises.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with an integrated open kitchen as well as a guest toilet and a small storage room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, and the floor-heated bathroom. A spacious terrace is accessible from both the dining and living room.
The house is about 150 m from the Peenestrom, in the middle of the nature reserve. Small bays invite you to swim, and children have the opportunity to use the playground there. Although located away from the hectic tourist centers, the famous seaside resorts are less than half an hour's drive through the charming landscape.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten, sauberen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten (Fahrrad und Kajak fahren). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell.

Ideal um "Runterzukommen" und sich zu erholen

An diesem Ferienhaus stimmt wirklich alles, von der Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter über eine detaillierte Anfahrtbeschreibung bis zu einem schönen, perfekt ausgestatteten, blitzsauberen Ferienhaus, das uns auch im traurigen Monat November einen wunderbaren Urlaub ermöglichte. Dieses Ferienhaus liegt super ruhig und abgeschieden fernab der Touristenströme und dennoch ist der Rest der Insel auch mit dem Auto innerhalb von 30-45 Minuten erreichbar. So lässt es sich aushalten. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und das Objekt ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Wenn wir dürfen kommen wir gerne wieder.

Klasse Haus in einmalig gepflegtem Zustand. Offenbar erst kürzlich renoviert mit neuen Bädern & Küche. Entgegen des häufig üblichen ist auch diese umfassen ausgestattet mit allem, was man so gebrauchen könnte. Fantastisch

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus Hagebutte. Das Haus ist super sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Garten ist ruhig und war ideal für unseren Hund.Die Badestelle nicht weit vom Haus ist idyllisch und perfekt für ein abendliches schwimmen in den Sonnenuntergang. Klasse Unterkunft in super Lage

Klasse Unterkunft mit sehr hübscher und gut bestückter Einrichtung. Haben hier eine schöne Woche zwischen den Jahren mit unseren beiden Kindern verbracht und entspannt bei Spaziergängen, Spiel und Filmeabenden am Kamin und Saunagängen. Gerne wieder. Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und umfangreich eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man brauch. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, super ruhig und abgeschieden ( kleine Vorwarnung: O2 hat hier keinen Empfang ;)) Die Sauna war auch sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachfragen geantwortet. Alles in allem kann ich das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen für Personen, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Traumhaftes Häuschen in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Urlaub. Das Haus war blitzsauber und bestens (und geschmackvoll!) ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung ist hervorzuheben, hier wird auch der Gerne-Koch und Gerne-Esser überhaupt nichts vermissen. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Rusack war total angenehm und herzlich. Qulilitz ist ein herrlich ruhiges Fleckchen, man fährt ca. 30 Minuten in die Seebäder, aber genau diese Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe haben wir extrem geschätzt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Versteckter Winkel

Insgesamt schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen, gut ausgestattet, insbesondere auch die Küche. Ein versteckter kleiner Winkel der sonst sehr vollen Urlaubsinsel, natürlich ist der Weg dann auch entsprechend lang in die Seebäder. Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber problemlos. Der Schlüsseltresor macht An- und Abreise zu jeder Tageszeit möglich. Kleine Kritikpunkte, die dem Aufenthalt aber nicht den Erholungswert genommen haben: Bei Ankunft waren leider alle Kleinkind-Artikel (Bett, Hochstuhl, Wickeltisch) in der Abstellkammer eingeschlossen. Die auf den Fotos abgebildeten Sonnenliegen fehlen. In der Umgebung lässt sich schön spazieren, der Fisch aus dem Hafen Rankwitz ist hervorragend.
