The cozy, high-quality, family-friendly Finnhütte in the Quilitz holiday complex offers space for 4 (up to 6) people.
The associated natural site covers 520 m² in a sunny location. A carport and a romantic and high-quality barrel sauna are available on the premises.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with an integrated open kitchen as well as a guest toilet and a small storage room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, and the floor-heated bathroom. A spacious terrace is accessible from both the dining and living room.
The house is about 150 m from the Peenestrom, in the middle of the nature reserve. Small bays invite you to swim, and children have the opportunity to use the playground there. Although located away from the hectic tourist centers, the famous seaside resorts are less than half an hour's drive through the charming landscape.

3 Wochen Sommerferien - Ruhe und Natur pur - viele Ausflüge möglich

Wir haben die 3 Wochen Sommerferien 2025 im Haus Hagebutte sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und modern und stilvoll zusammenpassend eingerichtet.Herr Rusack war ein sehr zuvorkommender und fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Quilitz und das Achterwasser rundherum liegen in der puren Natur, Wasser, Felder und Wälder laden zur Erkundung ein. Die gemeinsame Badestelle ist der Treffpunkt für einen Schwatz in der ansonsten sehr ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung. Ein paar Auto- oder Fahrradminuten entfernt liegt der Segelboothafen Rankwitz mit Laden, Restaurant und Möglichkeit Wasserportgeräte/Fahrräder zu mieten. Grössere Einkäufe werden im Städtchen Usedom problemlos erledigt.Die Insel Usedom als Ganzes gab genug her für3 Wochen fast täglicher Ausflüge, von Peenemünde (Uboot, V2, Phenomenta) über die naturbelassene Ostseeküste, zu den historischen Ostseebäder/Stadtchen, war ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Programm möglich.Für Nostalgiker ist das DDR Museeum ein Muss. Eine Sonnenuntergangsfahrt mit der 'Weissen Düne' ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Abstecher über die Grenze nach Swinemünde war ebenfalls sehr spannend, ein schöner Stadtpark, eine attraktive Promenade, ein schöner Stadtstrand und vieles mehr. Das Ostseewetter hat auch gut mitgespielt. Es war herrlich somerlich/gemässigt und leicht wechselhaft, aber keine Hitzewellen oder Regenfluten wie anderswo, höchstens mal lokal ein kurzer Schauer. Jeden Abend haben wir entweder noch die Badestelle oder das Saunafass zur Entspannung genossen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, geräumig, hell und gute Ausstattung. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in den geräumigen Schuppen stellen und das Auto steht gut geschützt im Carport. Die Lage des Objektes in einer ruhigen "Bungalow-Siedlung" sehr schön und ruhig. Der Zugang zum Wasser/kleine Badestelle nur 150-200m entfernt. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt, um viele schöne Radtouren zu machen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Vermieter/Eigentümer war eine sehr gute Kommunikation, schnell und sehr hilfsbereit, jeder Zeit erreichbar. Das Objekt können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!! Familie Landgraf

Quilitz - Bungalowsiedlung

Unser Aufenthalt in der sehr schön ausgebauten Finnhütte war gut. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter einwandfrei. Da die Reise sehr kurzfristig war, hatte ich vorab nur wenig geforscht. Bei der Angabe 150 m zum Wasser (öff. Badestelle der Gemeinde) handelt es sich um Luftlinie. Real läuft man einige Ecken, einen Heckengang (fast zugewachsen) und am Ende auch noch circa 20 Stufen hinunter, da das Haus in ca. vierter Reihe zum Wasser liegt. Vom Badfenster im DG kann man einen schmalen Streifen Peenestrom erkennen. Ansonsten liegen die Parzellchen leicht versetzt, dicht in Reihen hinter dem Steilufer und sind u. E. sehr hellhörig. Am Himmelfahrts-Wochende hatten wir mit einer feiernden Männergruppe sehr viel Pech, außerdem durchgängig Gartenarbeit, Baumschnittaktionen etc. der Nachbarn. Leider war am Ende des Monats das zur Verfügung stehende Datenvolumen des WLAN aufgebraucht. Dafür war die Restmülltonne bei Ankunft randvoll. Die Handtücher haben wirklich extrem nach Rauch (und Küche?) gestunken, so, dass wir sie erst waschen mussten. Die Sofakissen und das Sofa haben sehr nach Hund gerochen. Es gab Hunde, die frei umherliefen, z.B. ein großer Windhund, den ich später in der Nachbarsiedlung getroffen habe, hat sogar auf das Grundstück gemacht, also macht man noch fremde Hundehaufen weg, da es keine Zäune, nur Hecken gibt. Mikrofaserbettwäsche finde ich persönlich sehr unangenehm aber dann auch noch extremes Pilling auf den Bettüchern, das kratzt wie Kunstrasen an den Beinen.

Eine Woche Ruhe, Natur und schöne Wanderungen mit Hund(en) - ob am Strand, im Wald oder in der weitläufigen Landschaft. Super Urlaubsunterkunft

Dieses Ferienhaus liegt super ruhig und abgeschieden fernab der Touristenströme und dennoch ist der Rest der Insel auch mit dem Auto innerhalb von 30-45 Minuten erreichbar. So lässt es sich aushalten. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und das Objekt ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Wenn wir dürfen kommen wir gerne wieder.

Klasse Haus in einmalig gepflegtem Zustand. Offenbar erst kürzlich renoviert mit neuen Bädern & Küche. Entgegen des häufig üblichen ist auch diese umfassen ausgestattet mit allem, was man so gebrauchen könnte. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus Hagebutte. Das Haus ist super sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts.
