Gorgeous Log home, large spacious barn, and bunkhouse (with A/C) that sleeps a total of up to 50 people. Beautiful grounds with multiple areas by the lake to relax and enjoy the property. Two high end kitchens, 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms on property. Lots of outside and inside seating, lots of tables and chairs if needed, and plenty of dishware for up to 50. This is one of the nicest properties on Rangeley Lake to rent for your large extended family!
Includes the use of all buildings on the property, for groups totaling 50 guests or less

If planning a business event or wedding inquiries only please - pricing is different for events and there is a three night minimum stay requirement
Separate Rental Agreement and Pricing for event use (rental agency will e-mail before running any monies)

We rent this property for family reunion, it’s sleeps 50 but a lot of that is bunk rooms, which is great for all the kids and younger generations. Some the rooms are basically private suites, one has king bed, computer table, A/C, private balcony, loft with 4 beds and bunk all in same room. An entire family of 7-8 can sleep in one room with their own bathroom which is awesome. We also rented some other properties nearby that had more private rooms for older generations to have a private room. The barn was perfect for family events lots of chairs tables available to set up, the docks are great top quality marina grade floating docks, perfect water, crystal clear on Rangeley. Will definitely rent again

The Potter Place is perfect for a large crowd. They have thought of everything and there is so much to do to keep everyone entertained. We had a fabulous time for our family reunion. We hope to be able to come back again. Thank you!

Magical compound

The perfect location in the heart of Maine for a wonderful reunion among friends and family. The buildings were beautiful, the furnishings were perfect and the lake setting could not be beat. Everything was ready upon arrival with all bedding and kitchen supplies stocked for everyone to take advantage of easily. The property owners put the utmost care into this fabulous rental.
