Quiet and peaceful, with beautiful walks and cycle routes nearby.
Just a five minutes drive from the scenic village of Rancon or a ten minutes drive to the town of Chateauponsac, with it's supermarket, shops and restaurants.
1 kingsize bedroom upstairs.
1 double bedroom upstairs.
Upstairs, there is also a separate toilet and shower room.
Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, microwave cooker, washing machine , kettle and toaster.
There is also a second toilet and shower room.
