This entertaining home walks into a spacious open floor plan living room and family room. Entertainment items include huge salt water pool & spa, diving board, baby grand piano, ping pong/billiard/dining table, large grass areas in yard, stereo, smart TVs in every room. Comfortable reclining couches and massage chair. The 4 BR - 3 with King size beds, 4th is an office. Complex features Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball community courts. Only one mile to Aqua Caliente Casino, 15 minutes to Palm Springs or Palm Desert. Pets okay. Gas allowance $300.00 any cost over amount tenant to be billed.
