Car was scheduled to leave hotel at 6:00AM for a trip but came at 6:40 AM. Waiting without any time horizon was a bad experience. It was scheduled then verbally confirmed once and twice after that by the staff calling us but I do not know why. Airport drop off time the car and baggage management needed proper management. Overall it needs improvement. Thx.
The manager and staff were excellent in providing personalized service. They were attentive, polite and extremely hospitable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The wait staff were amongst the best Ive been served by. My colleague who was visiting India for the first time was blown away by the variety of food and the service. And contrary to what he was told, he did not fall ill. The Great Kebab House served a fantastic array of barbequed meats. Some attention to details in the rooms could be improved. My only other annoyance was that there was a large, colorful, noisy and racous wedding group staying at the hotel - but that is India and not the hotel. Perhaps I have lived in the sterile West too long!
