I would like a refund. Property was disgusting. We did not stay. We walked in and turned around. Drove hours down the road and ended up spending 200 more dollars on a much better hotel.
I didn't even stay because the room was so small. It was 85 degrees in the room upon arrival. The beds were too small. The bathroom was like a closet with a stand up shower. Needed a bathtub to bathe babies. The manager was rude and would not refund my money. He also pretended to refund my money by charging my card for 2 additional nights and refunded the 2 additional nights. Now i understand why orbitz wants you to pay for insurance for your stay. I was in town to bury my father in law and the added stress was uncalled for. Went across the road to Hampton Inn. It cost just a little more but was well worth it. Trying to get in touch with Orbitz to refund my money but can't find a number to call. Beware!

Comfortable beds, clean, decent breakfast, & friendly staff.
There just for the night while passing thru on the way to the beach. Night staff while checking in was great (thanks dolan).
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs and the weather was hot. Regarding the cleanliness: on the first day we found body hair and bug carcasses in the bathroom. While packing to leave, I discover a live bed bug in the sheets. I grabbed it in a tissue to bring to the desk and it had fed!!
We were on the third floor, and the minute you walk out of the elevator you're hit with a musty smell. The A/C is not on in the hallways, nor was it on in the room when we first arrived. They also did not make up the beds during the day. The beds were comfortable.
Very clean hotel and is located in an excellent location near interstate and shops. The staff were professional and very friendly. We had stayed there mid September and this was the only hotel in the area with an outdoor pool that was still open. The staffs curtiousness and personableness really made our vacation that much more enjoyable. Our family would definitely stay in this hotel again.
Orbitz didn't forward confirmation to the motel. So the confirmation # did not show up on their record not the payment. I showed my receipt from Amex and Orbitz confirmation number and Payment. They spoke to Orbiz via phone and after some research by Orbitz they fax my intineary so my reservation could be approved.
I made this reservation for a friend who was traveling to see me. I do not have enough room at my home for an extra person. She arrived late during the storm we had late this week. The hotel was right off the interstate, so she didn't have to try using the local roads that night. But the time she was up and ready to travel again, the roads were open with no black ice. She told me everything was quite nice.
