We needed a place to stay on Sunday night after attending the NC State basketball game in Raleigh. We needed an early start to head home to Wilmington, so we picked the Sleep In at exit 312 in Garner. We had a very reasonable rate and were very pleased with the accommodations. We had a king room and while the room was a little smaller than most hotels, it did not feel cramped. We were impressed with the efficient use of space. The bathroom had a sliding door and a large standing shower in order to maximize the space. The price included breakfast which had all the standard offerings. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay at this hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff. Upon entering my room I anted to open the window for fresh air and had a problem. On my way back down to my car for something I asked housekeeping about the window being able to open. She said she would contact maintenance. Three minutes later I walk into the lobby for the coffee and the maintenance man said to me that my window was open. I wasn't how he knew it was my request. The hotel manager was pleased that I was happy about and so I bring this sort of hotel experience to Trip Advisor. I stayed here a few years ago with the same friendly service. Breakfast buffet is good and on time.

Right off the exit & sets back from the road. Clean room with a unique 1 piece shower stall. Never seen any like it. Great soft, not saggy, bed.Has luggage cart to haul your stuff. You dont find that in this price range. Standard hotel breakfast. I'd stay here again,no question.

Garner is a bit out off the beaten path, but close enough to Raleigh and a major concert facility to have several places to stay. We visited to go to the Juniper level Gardens on one of their open weekends. Looking for a place to stay near by, I compared prices and amenities and hit a home run. The Sleep Inn off Highway 42 is a real treasure with hot breakfast, free WiFi, clean rooms with microwave and decent size refrigerator is also had a great price. We were not disappointed. The staff was great and the design is quite lovely for a budget hotel. I recommend it.

Stayed here on the second night of a recent trip to North Carolina. Made the reservation about an hour's drive out and they accommodated my request for a first-floor room. They were quite busy, as the clerk said they had a wedding, a funeral and a softball team there. The room was comfortable, good shower water pressure, refrigerator and microwave in room, things were clean, fast wi-fi, lots on the TV to watch. Very good hot breakfast. The location is right off the interstate but there are lots of restaurants nearby and a Walmart down the road if you need anything. Great place to stay if you want to be near Raleigh but don't want to pay Raleigh prices.

Very quiet! Sleep amazingly! Staff was excellent! Very clean in a nice location in Garner. Will continue to stay repeatedly over and over. They were very observant of my late check out and I was not questioned or disturbed by house keeping or neighbor guest. Excellent

Nice place, friendly staff but a smidge over priced. Pillows are square and hard to sleep on. There is a wall plug near the bed, that was helpful and a chair for the shower area. Breakfast was ok, I don't want to hear news at breakfast but that's me...

Enjoyable stay. Nice shower! Classy. (Well, about as classy as you can get in this price range.) On/off and temperature are on same knob. Not hard to figure out. TV works well. Good digital pictures on the channels. There are multiple inputs (HDMI, USB, Component, etc) on the back of the TV, with the Input button on the TV's side. Bring your cable to throw Netflix from your laptop onto the TV. Room comes with iron, stand, TV, microwave, and decent size frig. You won’t need a cooler unless you have extra beverage needs. Holds lotsa bottles. Tell the kids that the freezer holds loads of ice cream sandwiches. 110v outlets are located for easy reach. Especially the one just above the desk. If you’re working at your computer, like I am now, you’ll appreciate that power port. (In some hotels it’s unreachable.) Although room is compact, the living space is well utilized. Solid layout. I got a good night’s rest here because (1) my mattresses had just the right firmness; very comfy. (2) With the white noise of the fan going all night, I didn’t hear the 24 large construction trucks roll out, which were parked all night in the lot below. (3) Being on the 3rd floor helped too. Well insulated. Fitness room is at the end of the 2nd floor. Three aerobic machines, towels, and water cooler. TV for all to watch/listen. Very courteous staff personnel, from front desk to housecleaning. If you’re the type to walk around the local area when staying in hotels, take note: this area is very very dangerous if you’re on foot. There is no way to cross the busy highway safely. There are no sidewalks, and no traffic signs for pedestrians. In fact, it’s even unsafe if you stay on the same side of the street when you get to the main road. If you go out, take your car. The pillows are more like half pillows. They’re square, like ice cubes. Keys are a little finicky. Even after they recoded mine, it still took at least 2 tries to get the green light and get into my room. Breakfast was fine. Hours are long: 5:30 to 9 a.m. Hot and cold items will get your day going with a full belly. All in all, a pleasant stay. Hope yours is too.

We went up for the Dixie Chicks concert Friday. The decorations are nice as well as the bed, but it is an older hotel. The best part is the staff. Jackolyn was amazing. Did everything she could to get us to the concert on time. We knew we would have a blast, but now we have even better stories to tell! We will definitely stay here again. Shuttle service is a plus for sure.

Stayed for 3 days--rooms, as with all Sleep Inns was small--but we knew that going in. Room was clean with all amenities you would want--great internet--Breakfast was very good and was kept full by a young lady who was very attentive to our needs. Front desk personnel were warm and Friendly on all the shifts we interacted with them--and yes this Sleep Inn has an elevator--some do not--we will be back
