The problem was not courtyard but expedia itself who during booking showed different inclusivity of facilities which did not reflect in final booking pdf creating confusion with the hotel staff

The staff at the property are very unprofessional. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes after the check-in. At the time of check-in, the person at the reservation desk asked me to wait for 10 minutes as the room was getting ready. But after waiting for 30 minutes when I checked back, he said it's not ready yet and needed another 10 minutes. There was no respect for someone's time at such a brand-name hotel. Further, the breakfast was horrible, I wished I had eaten at a roadside shop to get cooked food. The paratha (Indian bread with filling) had raw dough. I would never stay at this hotel again and recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.

Great stay option at Raipur.

Courtyard by Marriott at Raipur is conveniently located about 30 min away from airport. Rooms are large, hygenic with clean linen and toiletries. A/C didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. The bathroom was missing toiletries. Upon complaint the gentleman decided to ignore me and pass on the complaint to other co worker and not handle my problems.
