From the top floor take in the stunning coastal views from either of the two master bedroom suites on this level. Each master bedroom boasts water views, including the large ensuites with spas. These bedrooms open onto a generous balcony. The entire top floor has been designed that it can be used separately and comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchenette and sitting room.

The middle floor is centred around the large open kitchen, living and dining area that leads onto another welcoming balcony overlooking the pool. This level gives you views out to the surrounding bush and treetops. The kitchen is brand new and features beautiful stone benchtops, gas cooktop, large island and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. On this level you'll find another master bedroom suite with bushland views, walk in robe and ensuite, and the fifth bedroom and bathroom.

The ground floor has even more space for entertaining with a large BBQ deck that leads down to the pool. Also on this level is an extra room for study, separate laundry room and another bathroom for when you're coming in from the pool or beach. Vehicle accommodation is a double lock up garage with remote roller door, plus off street parking space.

Sleeps ten in three x king size beds, one x queen bed and two x king single beds.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
