TEDIMO MARE is a spacious 200 m² sea view villa with a large private pool for exclusive use (80 m² of water surface). Located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, 900 m from the beach and from the Promenade "Lungomare Andrea Doria" of Marina di Ragusa.

The green outdoor area of 1,000 m² is perfect for unwinding, it lets you experience the charm of Sicily, filling the air with fragrance of jasmine, rosemary, roses and carob trees. In the morning, you will wake up to the chirping of birds and sometimes even to the sound of donkeys from far-off farms. The windows and terraces of the house provide stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the large private swimming pool, the surrounding garden, and the nearby "Monti Iblei" hills.

Those who enjoy a healthy lifestyle will appreciate the big cozy, sheltered barbecue area (complete with a wide stone sink and food prep counter) featuring a roomy grill for cooking up fresh fish, seafood and meat from local providers.

Complete joy is guaranteed by spending time at the spacious dream swimming pool, 80 m² of water surface (13.5 x 6.5 m) with two depth zones, one of 1.20 m ideal for children and for those who want to relax in the water without swimming, and one of 2.70 m perfect for swimming and diving.

Tedimo Mare boasts a vast outdoor area of 1,000 m² where guests can enjoy various outdoor activities, such as mini-basketball, mini-soccer, and badminton or Italian bowling "Bocce". During the summer seasson, outdoor showers are avilable as an extra treat, conveniently located near the house and pool area. To allow our guests to explore the area freely, we provide free bicycles, including models designed for off-road riding (mountain bikes) and models designed for relaxing rides into the city center (city bikes).

The villa's advantage is a large veranda spanning ​​over 50m², which can be closed with sliding glass. Here, you can enjoy family meals, relax, listen to music on the stereo, play the guitar, watch your favorite movies and shows on a 50-inch tv, or have fun playing exciting matches of foosball (table football) or challenge each other with the numerous board games.

On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, washing machine, separate fridge and big freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and electric citrus juicer.

From the living room with a comfy sofa bed for two, you can step onto a nice large terrace overlooking the sea, private garden and swimming pool. Perfect for enjoying relaxing evenings with a refreshing beverage.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and a big wardrobe. A sliding window that looks out onto the terrace.

Adjacent to it, there is a spacious bathroom with a window and a shower.

At the end of the house, still on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm), a large wardrobe, a TV, and a private bathroom. The room offers a view of the green garden, the pool, and the sea.

On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with queen-size beds and another windowed bathroom with a comfortable built-in shower.

The first bedroom enjoys an enchanting panoramic view of the sea, the pool, and the garden. This most beloved room by guests is equipped with a large, private covered terrace and a small area with a sink and open wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a relaxing view of the carob garden and the Hyblaean Mountains. Both rooms have wardrobes, chests of drawers, and TVs.

Each room is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning/heating, smart TVs in the master bedrooms, and hairdryers in each bathroom.

Free WI-FI is available throughout the property. You will also find an ironing board and iron at your disposal.

For greater security, there is a private safe for documents and valuables, and an alarm system and external cameras that can be activated upon request.

In the lounge area, there are deck chairs, garden chairs, umbrellas, and numerous beach toys and inflatables.

Parking is not a problem as we have 2 parking spaces under a private shade canopy (maximum height 2.45m), plus another large parking area for multiple vehicles.

Villa TEDIMO MARE is not a B&B or a guesthouse. We rent the entire structure, not individual rooms, only and exclusively to one group of guests at a time. This means that during your stay, the entire property will be at your exclusive disposal. All indoor spaces (living rooms, kitchen, bedrooms) and outdoor areas (garden, terraces, dining area, etc.) will be reserved solely for you. Zero Sharing. We guarantee the total absence of other guests. You will enjoy exclusive and unlimited access to every corner of the villa.

THE PRIVATE POOL IS RESERVED ONLY FOR YOU!

You are guaranteed maximum privacy. You will not encounter or share any environment with other people. You will be the only guests within the estate, and the villa will be your home for the duration of your holiday.
