The apartment is on the third floor of a building without lift and offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the sea and the whole coast of Marina di Ragusa.
There is a big external and partly shaded terrace with sea view, which is equipped with table and chairs.
On the back of the apartment, there is a second terrace with sea view, used as a solarium.
The interiors are furnished in modern style and consist of a living area and a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room is very bright and panoramic thanks to the wide glass walls overlooking the terrace. It is furnished with dining table, TV and sofa bed.
The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer.
Two bedrooms: a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, which is equipped with en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower to serve the twin bedroom.
A laundry corner with washing machine and sink for the laundry.

Excellent Rental!!

Wonderful location close to many excellent Restaraunts and shopping and of course, the BEACH! Water was refreshingly cool. Apartment was well equipped, very functional with excellent terrace. Marina di Ragusa one of our highlights from visit to Sicily and Italy!

Wonderful

We stayed six days and enjoyed the property very much. It has lovely views and a great location. The terrace was fabulous. The only negative was the umbrella on the terrace was broken and at certain times of the day the roof on the terrace did not provide much shade.

Great Location

Great location with amazing view. The flat was not equipped very well, only basic tools in the kitchen available. Good support by the agency during stay and good cleaning staff.
