Walk to town and beach with beautiful views
Family home large decks with cover for entertaining rain or shine . Beautiful mountain views and a 10 min walk to beach, estuary is a stones throw , also 15 min walk to town . This is our family home and is rustic /retro and cozy . Has a big yard with tramp and half pipe for the kids or adults , deck is contained and has a covered kids area also large covered adult entertaining area . There is a appartment downstairs that could also be rented out (sleeps three with possible more) bedroom one is king with ensuite bedroom two is two king singles that can be made into a king bed also has a cot ..
