Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Raglan home. Down a right-of-way, in the newly developed Rangitahi neighbourhood, it’s a wonderful spot for a quiet getaway.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry you will have everything you need to make this your home away from home.

The large deck is the perfect place to take in the stunning mountain views and the spectacular sunsets. From here it’s a short drive or a lovely walk (about 3km) into town and a short drive to multiple beaches (5km to Ngarunui) for some sun or surf.

There is a coffee hut (with delicious pastries), basketball court, tennis court, frisbee golf, and trail walks (to burn off the pastries) all within the Rangitahi neighbourhood for you to enjoy. As Rangitahi is a growing neighbourhood there may be some daytime construction noise in the area.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Great facilities. Had a great time.Would have rated excellent except for lack of fully enclosed deck as advertised. Also the photos need to be updated as it is significantly more urban than advertised (and only going to get more so with the continued development). Luckily the builder next door was very considerate and everyone shut down for Christmas.
