This very tastefully furnished Hotz vacation apartment in Radolfzell on Lake Constance is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones. The apartment has been completely renovated and the entire interior is perfectly coordinated; every item is new - first occupancy. It is furnished in every detail so that all possible wishes have been considered in advance. The 76 m² accommodation consists of a large living room with terrace access, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with separate WC and offers ideal space for 2 adults (a child from 5 to 12 years could also be accommodated). Facilities also include WiFi, a Smart TV with streaming services and a fan.

The apartment is bright and offers a private outdoor area with garden, open terrace and, in front of the house, a covered breakfast terrace with morning sun.

Public transportation is within walking distance.

A gym right next door can be booked in advance with a personal trainer on request.

Sehr schönes Farbkonzept, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Pros: Die Wohnung hat einen guten Schnitt und ein sehr schönes Designkonzept. Das WLan war sehr stabil, die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal als Startpunkt für ganz viele Ausflüge. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und bemüht, Probleme zeitnah zu lösen. Cons: Offensichtlich ist die Wohnung (weil neu bzw. neu renoviert) noch nicht fertig eingerichtet. Es fehlen definitiv Schränke/Regale. Es gab nur einen (großen) Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderbügeln, aber kein Schrank/Abteil mit Fächern, wo man seine ganzen T-Shirts etc. reinlegen konnte (Platz dafür wäre definitiv im Schlafzimmer). Auch im Wohnzimmer fehlte ein Regal/Sideboard/Schränkchen oder ähnliches zum Ablegen der privaten Dinge (Laptop/Bücher/Unterlagen/Spiele). Die vorhandene Couch war sehr chic - aber auch sehr klein und unbequem. Wenn eine Person mal die Beine hochlegen wollte, konnte die andere Person nur auf einem (relativ unbequemen) Plasticstuhl (ohne Frage sehr chic!) sitzen. Vor allem nachts hört man die nahe L 220 sehr laut - noch dazu am Ortseingang des nächsten Ortes eine Zentrale des Feuerwehrnotrufs/DRK dafür sorgt, dass man sehr laut die Einsatzfahrzeuge mit ihren Sirenen hört. Die Beschreibung "ruhige Lage" ist daher nicht zutreffend.
