tutto sommato accettabile

il soggiorno è stato tutto sommato accettabile, la posizione un po' rumorosa (è in centro al paesino), l'intonaco del bagno non perfetto e mancava l'acqua calda (appena tiepida...). i letti molto comodi, la camera spaziosa. Non sono d'accordo che rientri nella categoria"bed & breakfast" dato che se si vuole fare colazione si paga una quota in più (ma questa è una caratteristica diffusa per i B&B in Italia a quanto pare...).Se vi capita di dover mangiare a Radda consigliamo vivamente il Podere Le Vigne (che, a quanto abbiamo capito, è degli stessi proprietari dell'Hotel). Si mangia benissimo ed i prezzi sono relativamente bassi!

Une maison millénaire et de charme

L'accueil se fait en français. Le propriétaire des lieux est charmant. Il s'occupe aussi de l'hôtel restaurant ''Le Vigne'' à 1 km en contrebas de la chambre d'hôte. Il est possible de s'y baigner. Il n'y a pas de wifi mais le bar ''Sandy'', à 15 mètres, permet un accès gratuit. Des commerces de proximité et le village de Radda lui-même rendent cette adresse très recommandable.

Schönes Hotel mit Hindernissen!

Anfangs hatten wir das gleiche Probleme, welches man in einigen Bewertungen lesen kann. Wir mussten bei Ankunft zum Check-In eine Handynummer anrufen. Das allein ist schon etwas ärgerlich, da das natürlich die Handyrechnung etwas in die Höhe treibt, aber ok. Uns wurde von der Frau am Telefon gesagt, dass sie sofort ihren Kollegen anruft, um uns in das Zimmer zu begleiten. Nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit haben wir noch einmal das Hotel angerufen, um nachzufragen, was mit ihrem Kollegen passiert ist. Sie meinte, dass sie ihn nicht erreicht und nicht weiß, was sie machen soll. Sie meinte er müsste eigentlich vor Ort sein, aber sicher ist sie sich nicht. Daraufhin haben wir geklingelt, die Putzfrau kam herunter und hat uns geholfen. Nach insgesamt über 1h konnten wir in das Zimmer. Das Personal war zwar sehr nett, aber trotzdem ist es sehr ärgerlich über 1h warten zu müssen, bevor man überhaupt das Hotel betreten kann. Ein großer Minuspunkt! Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und schön, das Bad einwandfrei. Außerdem sehr ruhig!

l'hotel è ubicato nel centro storico di radda e quindi in posizione molto favorevole. la struttura è vecchia ma tenuta abbastanza bene tenuto conto del prezzo interessante. manca il climatizzatore per cui bisogna lasciare finestre aperte con conseguente entrata di luce ma soprattutto rumore visto la strada vicino e le attivita' sottostanti la camera. non lo consiglio nelle giornate calde...bagno discreto con doccia anni 70. ah, la piscina! è esterna si ma a circa 1 km....in un'altra struttura e cmq non male .lo consiglio per chi è attento al prezzo e non ha grosse pretese. buono per chi ha il sonno pesante e per gli altri aspettate il fresco cosi' chiudete le finestre
