The place is good, big, clean, great staff and helpful. The air conditioner in the rooms are adjusted, which means, I believe, are controlled. You can't adjust the temperature and it's always hot. We had 4 rooms, and all 4 rooms had the same issue. When I made the reservations I choose to pay at the property, when I reserved the price was fixed, but when I check out the price changed. I end up paying $300 more. I asked for a better view, but never was given to me. Such a HUGE place and they gave me the WROST view, I can't believe the whole place was sold out. They didn't reach out to me. Great staff thou, the girls at the front desk are sweet. Overall good, but I would rather had an ocean view room. So much money to look at the parking lot...Never believe the pictures on the website, when they say "Garden View", it means: The Parking Lot and Pedestrian Site.

Weekend with a dog

We stayed over the weekend with our dog, and we loved it! Staff is pleasant and helpful, very discrete. Rooms are clean and overall experience was pretty good. Improvements could be made if dogs were allowed into the restaurants as well, but...we could do it on the terrace, so no biggy.

This is not a 5 star hotel, we were accommodated in 4 star room, the service is a disaster, staff is kind, but they no nothing about their job. The restoran was closed 15 minutes before the official closing time (lunch time). Overall, not worth of the price.

Beautiful location, nice stuff

The location sold it for us. The stuff is extremely nice and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaners. They understand German, Italian and English well enough. During this pandemic they really pay attention to cleanliness and you can find sanitisers all over the resort. One morning I saw them wash and disinfect the sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. The buffet restaurant is no longer self-service, the kitchen stuff is behind a Downside, they got rid of the paper tissue box in the rooms.
