Welcome to your holiday home on the sunny island of Rab, in the charming town of Barbat! This lovingly furnished apartment is located directly by the sea and is just a few steps away from the fine sandy beach - perfect for those who want the sea right at their doorstep.



The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house with a total of five holiday apartments and offers space for 2-3 people. Upon request, a fourth person can also be accommodated, for which an additional charge will be calculated. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as a living area with a sofa bed, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. From the dining area, you can access the covered terrace with a magnificent view of the sea – the ideal place to let the day end with a gentle sea breeze.



For comfort, air conditioning, satellite TV and a private entrance are provided. A parking space directly at the house is available, as well as a boat berth at the house's own pier upon request (fee during peak season). A storage space for boat trailers is also located in the courtyard and can be used if desired. WLAN is currently not available - perfect for guests who really want to switch off and focus on the essentials: sun, sea and relaxation.



Guests can optionally book breakfast, lunch or dinner on-site, which is served in the in-house tavern with a beautiful terrace directly by the sea. The Mediterranean cuisine with fresh fish, meat dishes, homemade vegetables and wine from their own cultivation ensures culinary moments of pleasure – without long journeys.



In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a carefree holiday: a restaurant right in front of the house, several shops just a few minutes' walk away, and the picturesque coastal promenade of Barbat, which is ideal for evening strolls.



The location is particularly popular with nautical enthusiasts and beach holidaymakers: The fine sandy beach is right on the doorstep, and the crystal-clear water invites swimming, snorkelling, and relaxation. Leisure activities such as boat rental, diving, kayaking, or bicycle tours are also easily accessible in the surrounding area.
