Wonderful Home Away from Home

The apartment was very nicely appointed, clean, and safe. I had an enjoyable stay and my communications with Edwin were timely and his support in any situation was excellent. I had a nice time in the city and will definitely consider this location again when I return. Thank you for a great place!

Edwin is the consummate host

The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, with plentiful bathroom and kitchen supplies. It is a secure building located in a safe neighborhood. Edwin is a friendly and conscientious host who even offers a shuttle service to and from the airport. It was a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended if you are traveling in Quito.

Comfortable apartment and owner responses timely

This is a very wonderful apartment. Owner supplies almost anything you need for daily life. Cooking oil, salt and pepper, even turmeric powder! The basic ingredients for cooking. Not to say coffee and tea. Rooms are clean, fully stocked. Room sizes are pretty good -- better than hotel rooms. There are security guards at the front door 24/7, so no safety issue. Owner will do airport pick up and drop off for a reasonable fee, and even take you to the supermarket on the say to the apartment. Owner answers questions very promptly and even went out of his way to look into how to make a reservation for presidential palace tour (the tour canceled over two years ago, even though the government website still listed it as available). At request, he would give you ideas what restaurants around were better ones. After moved in, if you need additional stuff, he would promptly supply it or tell you where in the apartment to get it. You will more or less feel like in your own home. The apartments on the same floor are pretty quiet, no issue with noise. Supermarket (the size like Kroger, Safeway) is about 6 minutes walk. Once you get used to the altitude there, you can venture out and walk around fairly easily. The apartment is located in the middle of the town, not too far from the old town (lower part) nor the new town (the upper part). I would highly recommend it.

Highly Recommended

We stayed two months in this comfortable and well equipped apartment. It is in a building with 24 hr security in the very safe and attractive Mariscal section of Quito. It’s just a short walk to the Plaza Foch area where restaurants, bars, and clubs abound. The owner, Edwin, was amiable and helpful whenever we had a question and we took two fun day tours with him. All in all we highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Quito.

Despite Protest

Despite protest going on in Ecuador, Edwin made arrangements for transportation and even had food delivered to us. He was there by our side that made our trip amazing. The apartment had everything you could find in your house or apartment. If you want safety, Edwin will assure you are well taken care of. I highly recommend any property he has to offer. Thanks!

Amazing experience in Ecuador

The apartment is very clean and well-organised, located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, the interior design is also very classy. The owner Edwin also responds to my questions very quickly and solved the problems I encountered during the stay very efficiently. Good stay there!
