This location was perfect for our class trip with 12 students and 5 adults. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Kitchen has a gas oven but it worked fine. House was very clean and the 6 bedrooms allow for a lot flexibility for a large crowd. Will not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommend.

Wonderful attention to detail and superior communication by owner. When I noticed her of the broken Keurig, she immediately dropped off a new one at the house. I’d stay again at the house in a heartbeat!

Great amount of space. There are 6 bedrooms, and it fits a ton of people. The kitchen is very poorly furnished, and there is no dishwasher. My guess is that they expect you to eat out for every meal.

Great homw for groups

We had the bes time! Plenty of bedrooms ans beds for our whole group. Kitchen had ample space but lacked some basic necessities. Dining room table and chairs were spot on. Living room spaces were small but there was two so it was doable. The host responded quickly and was very helpful when needed. I would 100% recommend this property and the host!!

We booked this property for a trip with our extended family, and it was perfect! It was close to the train station into Boston. It was also a good location for jogging, as the track is within jogging distance, as is the path next to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Jenny was responsive, helpful, and kind in assisting with our questions and needs. Home provided an abundance of space, extremely clean, and everything we needed for our time in the Boston area. Roadway is slow, but when traffic is heavy backing out of driveway is tough. Tip - back in when you return to house, as pulling forward is a breeze. Take advantage of Caddy Memorial Park where you can walk around both a wetlands area and ocean across the street and free parking.

Great Stay with a Responsive Host!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The check-in process required a bit of communication to sort out the codes (I will never be mad about updated codes to make sure everything is secure). Jenny was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was resolved quickly—no issues getting in. The space was exactly what we needed, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy our trip. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Family get-away

There were 11 of us... 10 adults and a 2 year old child. The house had plenty of room and was clean. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths available for showers. The hosts were great and answered my questions right away. The house was convenient to Boston and the drive in wasn't terrible. There is a bus stop just a few houses down if that's an option for your family. Upon arrival we were concerned about getting in and out of the driveway but we never had a problem as the road isn't crazy busy. We never did find the nature trail but we weren't at the house much to search for it. All in all the house was great for our family trip and we would stay here again!

There were 17 members of family, children and adults There was plenty of space to sleep and socialize Check in was easy very clean . Comfortable beds. Location within walking distance several beaches and nice playground we had wonderful time. Spent Fourth of July 2024 watching fireworks on the beach

Some of the windows blinds are broken, kitchen cabinets drawers don't open or close properly, and the kitchen stove fan handle is broken. The apartment doesn't have any iron , i communicate with the agent she directed me to fewer places to look for it and after that, she never got back to me. Overall, i enjoyed staying with the family. i had a great time.

Large Family Trip

We had 12 adults in our group. There was plenty of room for us. Very clean space. A nice place to sit and hang out before our day and at the end of each day. We didn't really use the kitchen so I'm not sure about that. Bathrooms had plenty of towels for our big group. Beds were comfy. We were about a 20-30 min drive from Boston unless it was during high traffic times in the morning.

Great Place for a large group

This place was perfect for our High School US History Trip. Great location. Close enough to all the historical sights with out being in the middle of the city. Nice neighborhood. There were a few maintenance issues, but nothing major that affected our trip. Owner was quick to respond and take care of issues. We had a wonderful trip and would stay here again. Thank You!
