The flat is located above a restaurant.
The nearest beaches are 20 minutes away by car.

This 87 square metre accommodation has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four occupants (+1 baby).

It has:
- Large living room with sofa, coffee table and video projector with TV stick for connecting to the application of your choice
- Open plan fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
- Utility room with refrigerator, washing machine and storage space.
- Master bedroom with queen-size double bed, dressing room and private shower room.
- Bedroom with double bed, storage space and office area.
- Shower room with toilet.

A private parking space is available in the courtyard of the building.

For parking, the apartment is opposite a small free parking lot on Saturday afternoons and Sundays, and on weekdays from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 9 am. Otherwise, the street is totally free 20 meters from the apartment, from number 18.

If you do not wish to take advantage of this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to inquire about the exact sizes of the bedding after your reservation in order to best prepare for your trip.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 including VAT for 2 people, €45 including VAT for 3 people, €55 including VAT for 4 people + €10 including VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: full bed set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
