Only reason I say 4 stars is because there happened to be a company that rented the complex. The music was was very loud at all times of the day and late night. Also the alcohol consumption got a bit out of had. Otherwise, the service was extremely good, friendly and great breakfast. The location is extremely secluded.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort. We planned our ski trip around this information and were disappointed to learn that the drive was almost 2 hours. Driving a total of almost 4 hours each day to ski was too much. Oh.annd be careful with google maps. It lead me to the wrong entrance…it was confusing. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again.
