Peace and serenity
My wife and I were looking for a quiet space with at least three bedrooms containing Queen or larger beds for ourselves and our two adult children and their spouses for a collective birthday getaway. This property delivered in spades!
It is VERY secluded! If you want a peaceful escape on the water, this is it! You are over half an hour from the nearest convenience store, and a full hour away from a legit supermarket. If you keep this in mind in terms of your packing (no running to the store to pick up something you've forgotten), you will love how quiet and relaxing this home is.
We loved it and plan on returning next year for this same birthday trip!

A beautiful property but it needs a little work
The view was gorgeous, full stop. Lots of wildlife to observe, oysters on the beach you can eat and I envy the person who stays there when the masses of huckleberry bushes are ripe. The house was nice and spacious, the furniture was comfortable, entertainment available, but it wasn't the cleanest place I've ever been. Lots of dead bugs and a little musty.
The host was responsive when we had trouble finding the place.
This place is a little hard to find. Granted I missed the check-in email but even after getting all the directions the place was still very hidden and many of the drives don't have the numbers well placed or numbers at all. Keep your eyes peeled.
The both of the upstairs bathrooms did not have their sink taps or drains connected. They were just put in and looked nice, but ultimately the upstairs sinks were useless. The water pressure and heat was great on all the other taps.
