The 500m2 garden with trees and flowers is furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs and a large table with chairs. A covered terrace will allow you to enjoy it in all weathers.

The property is fully fenced, it is equipped with an electric gate and offers the possibility of parking up to 2 cars in the driveway and enjoying Quiberon on foot or by bicycle.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, 1-door refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, etc.

From March 1 to April 13: 7 nights minimum - 800 euros per week
Christmas holidays: 7 nights minimum - 1110 euros per week
From April 27 to June 16: 7 nights minimum - 1110 euros per week
From July 27 to August 17 7 night minimum - 2000 euros per week

Marie de Ty’Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you on the premises and can make your stay easier, do not hesitate to contact her.
She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)

Arrival: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Departure: between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Make an appointment with Marie, she will do her best to satisfy your desired arrival and departure time.

CONDITIONS
----------

Bed linen and towels are provided - the beds are prepared for your arrival

A deposit of 800 € will be requested on your arrival and will be returned to you 7 days after your departure if no damage is noted.

A key deposit of € 250 will be requested upon arrival and returned on the day of departure if all sets of keys are returned.

Cleaning option (120 €) to be specified. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace!
Animals are not allowed.
