The upstairs level is exceptionally spacious, offering four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate dining area, and both a sunken “conversation pit” and a main lounge.

The downstairs apartment is a modern, fully self-contained two-and-a-half-bedroom space that mirrors the designer style of the main home, plus a charming hidden children’s playroom tucked off one of the bedrooms.

RATES:

- Rates are a guide only & subject to change, set only once the reservation is booked and confirmed.

- Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariffs are subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay requirements

- Public holiday surcharges may be applicable on reservations departing on a NZ public holiday

- The cleaning fee charged includes a pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and a standard departure clean

- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change for an additional fee

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member
